It's kind of interesting, in a "you got chocolate in my peanut butter!" sort of way. Except the chocolate is a gacha-based auto-battling action RPG and the peanut butter is a timer-based MMO kingdom builder. So, unsurprisingly, two extremely uninteresting mobile game genres, when combined together, are still extremely uninteresting. But the gacha-based hero collection is still WAY better than the pointless unit upgrading that normally goes into the kingdom builder genre, so that was a legitimate improvement. Overall, though, the game seemed to have a really poor resource balance. There was the normal resource mining for most upgrade materials, but one of the resources (gold) was really hard to consistently obtain. You pretty much only got it via the action RPG, sending your troops out, or as log-in rewards. As a result, a casual player will quickly find herself unable to continue progressing in the kingdom builder, as a single resource, needed both for upgrading heroes for the action RPG and upgrading buildings/research in the kingdom builder falls far behind the other resources. I'm not really sure what they were thinking there. (You must log in or sign up to post here.) Show Ignored Content Share This Page Tweet Your name or email address: Password: Forgot your password?
