I have read reviews that it becomes pay 2 win after a short while which I hope is not true. Also would like to know how progress syncs across devices? I was extremely disappointed to find out PUBG only uses Facebook to do this, as I dont use Facebook anymore. ForestCrunk Active Member Mar 30, 2016 26 1 3 #3 ForestCrunk, Apr 11, 2018 I just started playing, and I noticed the Game Center login/welcome banner when I started it up. Also, I use my Facebook strictly for gaming. I gave FB none of my (real)information, I know zero of my FB “friends” irl, I never post unless it’s a game dangling some premium currency at me, and I rarely if ever check my feed. My algorithms/meta data must be super annoying for FB. hehehe So far this game’s ok. It’s definitely got the usual GameLoft m.o., good potential with poor execution. I’ve only played about half an hour or so, but I’ve played enough GL games to predict that I probably won’t be playing it by this time next week. Still it’s worth a try. It’s a different take on the tired mmo genre if nothing else. idislikejordan Well-Known Member Jan 7, 2018 78 24 8 #4 idislikejordan, Apr 12, 2018 So I went in on this to just check it out, was pleasantly surprised. It feels far more mmo-esque then I wouldve assumed. Its actually a lot of fun. pbb76 Well-Known Member Jun 22, 2009 140 0 16 #5 pbb76, Apr 12, 2018 Cant even get in, hangs picking a server... anyone else? Also, any mifi support? TheSop Well-Known Member Sep 24, 2016 264 0 16 #6 TheSop, Apr 12, 2018 I got logged in to a server, played for a minute then was disconnected back to the main menu when attempting one of the quests. dbagga84 Well-Known Member May 22, 2013 835 24 18 #7 dbagga84, Apr 12, 2018 Ah I played this last year. It was fun but about 2 hours or so in it turns into a grind fest. The level/power requirement for missions jumps. Of course this may have been fixed since I played it but the paywall just hit too early. I've tried perhaps 10-15 times to start a game and only got in once. In that one time, my iPad Pro locked up and needed to be power reset. Not a good start. What I did play wasnt amazing, so my interest is already waning after looking forward to it for so long.
