So should I play SoD before playing BG2 or does it not really matter? Milotorou Well-Known Member Mar 19, 2015 556 46 28 #11 Milotorou, Mar 9, 2018 If you intend to use the aame character, yes. SoD happens before BG II, and levels of enemies and such are scaled accordingly, the ideal way to play the "trilogy" is to play BG, then SoD, then BG II ZS77 Well-Known Member May 8, 2015 566 2 18 #12 ZS77, Mar 9, 2018 Ok, thanks for the tip. Ill make sure to pick it up when Im done with BG:EE. And I assume Icewind Dale is after BG2 - not necessarily as a continuation of the story but chronologically speaking? Keep in mind IWD will be very different, if Baldurs Gate is like 70% Story and 30% Gameplay, IWD is like 20% Story and 80% Gameplay. IWD is still good, dont take me wrong, but I find BG and Planescape Torment to be much better, since im a s***er for a good story # badmanj Well-Known Member Mar 16, 2009 1,886 24 38 Software developer Reading, England http://www.underground-collective.com #15 badmanj, Mar 9, 2018 Anyone taken the plunge with the iPhone X? How is it on that screen? Milotorou Well-Known Member Mar 19, 2015 556 46 28 #16 Milotorou, Mar 9, 2018 Do you have BG or BG II EE on mobile ? If you do, download one of them and try it out. As for myself, I couldnt play an Infinity engine game on a phone screen, I just can't handle it. Yet I see some people saying its okay on their Plus model phones. I have the feeling the game is not supporting the X resolution either, if that matters. I solely play the enhanced editions on my phone for reasons of convenience. Been this way since I switched from my samsung note 2 to my iPhone 6, so we could say I am looking down on a fee years of experience and several playthroughs # screen size should really be no problem, even more so with the option to make text size bigger. Not sure of non-plus-size phones, but I can tell without a doubt that I would definitely still play on a smaller phone, given how great these games are... as far as rpgs on mobile go, nothing tops the d&d enhanced editions imho!
