Had a quick go, cant stand the usual 'can we spam your facebook account?' stuff which i always say no to. Done a few missions, all good. Nice change to the overhead view of other zombie games. Finished the 'tutorial' missions, seems to be lots of currency though so nervous how that will pan out. Well worth picking up but not sure how it'll be long term as it mentions the shop being activated. It's very very hard (and I'm a very strategic gamer myself). You need lots of special currency to get things like upgrades or recruit more people. One touch from ANY zombie is instant infection on any of your units. If you want to cure them you need to have a rare item or watch an ad. Otherwise they are unusable. Also the core base management part is very hard. You lose food and water so quickly that it's hard to do other missions since you keep getting prompts that your resources are running out. I already hit game over after 20 minutes of play. This game would've been incredible if it was a paid game. I can see how all these resources are made to weigh the player down and make ad watching more frequent. I see that when you get game over you can restart in a previous state earlier in the game but all your upgrades remain so it *should* get easier and constant replays. There is *some* hope for this game. I see that when you get game over you can restart in a previous state earlier in the game but all your upgrades remain so it *should* get easier and constant replays. Will need to test more.
