Well done! Busalonium Member Nov 17, 2017 8 0 0 Brisbane, Australia #3 Busalonium, Nov 30, 2017 Thankyou! I'm glad you like it StratAll Well-Known Member Dec 24, 2009 160 17 18 #4 StratAll, Nov 30, 2017 It's a nicely done game with a mechanic I didn't encounter before. The interface is quick and clean. Also you don't hear me complaining since it's free, the only thing that breaks the flow of the game is that the maps are numbered, even though they are randomly generated but that you don't earn enough per map to unlock the new one, as from level 15 or so, thus making it a little grindy. Again, it is not that bad since you get a new map, but it irks a little that you win a map with 3 medals and can't advance but have to redo the same level until you get enough money. Would pay a euro however for another 50 map-pack with some new obstacle-types. We're also planning an update for January and a map pack is certainly something we're considering, no promises though. Thanks for playing! Busalonium Member Nov 17, 2017 8 0 0 Brisbane, Australia #6 Busalonium, Dec 1, 2017 We've just done an update that makes a number of small tweaks. -Some small graphics improvements, most noticeable on the beach levels. -Some UI upgrades. -And a re-balance to the progression to encourage replaying old levels more and make early levels less grindy. IOSgamer1980 Well-Known Member Nov 6, 2015 432 2 18 #7 IOSgamer1980, Dec 1, 2017 Great game that everyone should play. This is a truly disgusting practice that no serious democracy should tolerate. sweetdiss Well-Known Member Jun 15, 2009 1,743 5 38 #8 sweetdiss, Dec 1, 2017 This game is kind of amazing. The puzzle mechanics are incredibly simple, almost to the point of being mindless (at least as far as I've gotten), but the fact that you have to do it as fast as possible makes it really fun. On top of that, it makes the idea of gerrymandering really clear and simple to understand in a way I've never seen before. The entire time I've been playing I'm like "this is really fun" and "this is really disgusting" at the same time. It's actually quite brilliant how it uses a real-life practice and turns it into a puzzle without needing to abstract it out too much. What you are doing is almost literally what politicians do. Really amazing idea. Execution is great, too, but I wish the drawing/tapping controls were tightened up a bit. More people need to give this game a try. Busalonium Member Nov 17, 2017 8 0 0 Brisbane, Australia #9 Busalonium, Dec 3, 2017 Thank you! I agree, it's insane, I'm hoping the game can help people understand why. Thank you! We're planning to keep updating the game, hopefully drawing controls is something we can address. Clever political satire and legitimate educational illustration of a seemingly vague concept, all wrapped in a simple, accessible, but enjoyably challenging little puzzle game. Kudos. Can I send you a dollar or two? sweetdiss Well-Known Member Jun 15, 2009 1,743 5 38 #13 sweetdiss, Dec 7, 2017 I haven't seen anything other than the opt-in video ad to double your money after every round. If they would pop up when you clicked next map people wouldnt miss out. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
