What device are you using? We had over 40 people test the game on several 3D Touch-enabled devices and this complaint never came up at all, otherwise we would have added an option to toggle it off already...I'm adding that functionality now, and will default it to off in the options menu. Will take a bit of time for Apple to review the new build once I finish testing this change. I'm working on it now. I've seen 1 lvl of Pete at 15000 gold but when i have 2000-3000 i can lvl him. Adds from time to time do not work. I get an bonus if I watch an add but cannot start the add video or cancel the add. I had no clue when Big Bang will happen. It might be good to have something display what is the requirement to get the first Big Bang Based on the achievements you can complete Earth. What happens after? Is there another planet? Do you start Earth again with a boost? Again something not clear in the game. Maybe all this can be included in a help in settings. I wanted to contact development about the issues but no option to contact? would be good to add that I feel like the lvls of some benefactors are not properly set. Reduce cost of helpers max lvl is 10 which is 10%. I feel this one is almost pointless. I would have it at 50% max or something of sorts. Just to clarify: are you saying that sometimes the price listed isn't what it actually ends up costing you? Or are you saying that the purchase button is enabled/clickable even when you can't afford it? When you say you can't start the video ad, what happens in the game? Do you get stuck after clicking to watch the video, and the video never shows? Does this leave you stuck or can you still play the game? I'll look into that and see if there's something that makes sense to show. It's not told to players on purpose, it's meant to be something that people discover for themselves. I can look into adding something in the game. For now, the App Store page for the game includes a link to our company website that contains contact info. We have left some of these with room to possibly add additional levels later, and we may adjust the balancing as time goes on. I don't have an iPhone X to test on, so I'm not sure how the game looks on there right now. I'll try to find some time to look into how it displays content and what options there are.
