It has tons of upgrades that can be bought for in game currency. It also has a group of real money upgrades that can be bought. But the prices are very reasonable. I would suggest that to turn this game from feeling like a free game to more like a premium game you would spend around ten bucks. Not bad for a quality game. But don't take my word for it. I don't like Tower defense games much, nor do I like RTS games much or for that matter iap's. This game has all the above but I actually like the way it all works. It is a really fun game. The game has cloud saves and can be played offline if you want. It has tons of upgrades that can be bought for in game currency. It also has a group of real money upgrades that can be bought. But the prices are very reasonable. I would suggest that to turn this game from feeling like a free game to more like a premium game you would spend around ten bucks. Not bad for a quality game.
