By far the best release from Maciej Targoni thus far. I wasn't entirely in love with Hook or Klocki, which often felt like trivial puzzles over complicated with frilly and shallow interactions, but here, PUSH feels like a truly dynamic and interesting puzzle game which explores most of its concepts to their rich potential and produces some memorable puzzle designs. If you liked Hook or Klocki, I can guarantee that you will LOVE Push. For me, it's the most complete, satisfactory, and challenging experience from this dev so far, and as usual, sky high production values with gorgeously simple 3D layouts. Excited to see what the next game from this dev has to offer! sugimulm Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2010 2,457 46 48 The last time zone for iOS game releases :( #3 sugimulm, Oct 18, 2017 I would totally agree with Great Escaper, game totally rocks! Challenging yet fair, minimalist design. If you love Hook or Klocki, you will love this one also. Beginning was slightly rocky, since ours thrown in with no instructions, but you lol figure it out soon enough. Loved every minute of it and although not fpfully completed, will definitely be inventing time in this one for sure. Great job and excellent quality, btw, say goodbye to your free time, lol y2kmp3 Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2010 1,784 3 38 #4 y2kmp3, Oct 18, 2017 Wow, TheGreatEscaper! You are blazingly fast! As usual, you piqued my interest in this game. gaymerX Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2014 280 0 16 #5 gaymerX, Oct 19, 2017 Absolutely brilliant! Minimal design and maximum challenge! Really liking this game a lot. The game eases you in and forces you to figure out the correct order through trial and error, but quickly evolves into a serious challenge as more symbols and hidden areas are thrown in. This is a great memory challenge. When everything starts to build upon itself, it starts to really get challenging. I like the subtle way the dev used checkpoints as the complexity ramped up. Definitely worth picking up! paulkane Well-Known Member Sep 6, 2012 1,102 0 36 Library automaton Denver #6 paulkane, Oct 19, 2017 I completely agree and couldn't have said it any better. I hadn't even thought about the checkpoint thing, but you're right. I ❤️ push! So I definitely need to grab this. dav9000 Member Mar 26, 2013 18 0 1 #8 dav9000, Oct 23, 2017 Yeah, amazing as usual. Challenging and well constructed. I only wish it had iCloud saves. Very challenging and balanced. To me this style of game is the ultimate zen puzzler. But the Inception trailer style "Braaaaam" sound effects are at odds with that. Yet disabling them entirely puts the user at a disadvantage in terms of understanding the impact of each game action. So right now I am missing the cool contemplative nature of Zenge. Also, I find myself wishing it supported portrait mode. But perhaps there are later levels that make it clear why the developers chose landscape-only. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
