Today our casual games label "Tiny Games" published a new indie game called Plain Escape and I really hope you guys want to give it a try (it's totally free). The gameplay is simple: players must navigate a futuristic, disappearing landscape by dodging obstacles and collecting booster items and in-game currency. The further you go into the plain, the more difficult it becomes to survive. Players can use the glowing dots they collect to buy new vibrantly colored palettes and characters. The 3D landscape, geometric shapes give it a distinctly modern feel, while ombré hued plains and the occasional rain shower during gameplay add a hint of visual abstraction. In juxtaposition with its modern feel, the soundtrack is reminiscent of 80s synth-pop and was created exclusively for Plain Escape by sound designer Andrea Guastadisegni.
