Would have liked to be a fly on the wall when this concept was cooked up! Music also is pretty catchy. retr0spective Well-Known Member May 24, 2011 915 17 18 Riverside, CA #3 retr0spective, Sep 28, 2017 As a fan of both books and the endless runner, I find this game very charming. The graphics are surprisingly polished in contrast to the underwhelming appearance of the icon and contain nice subtle flourishes in the animation. The controls are also smooth and responsive. The gameplay is fun, but very repetitive. You seem to be confined to the same library which cycles through a limited selection of randomly generated obstacles. It plays something like a slow paced Canabalt in an endless sea of books - not a bad place to be trapped if you ask me! retr0spective Well-Known Member May 24, 2011 915 17 18 Riverside, CA #4 retr0spective, Sep 28, 2017 It appears that the obstacles get more difficult the further you run. It started introducing new ones for me around the 750 mark. djstout Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2011 2,685 105 63 Sportscaster & football (soccer) coach Taiwan & Japan #5 djstout, Sep 28, 2017 It looks very nice but a different background would be great (night, sunrise, winter etc...) no need to change the library, just the scenery.
