Biggest crime for me is the fire button being on the right, even though you don't need to use the left part of the screen; aiming can be done anywhere. This means that for those that have it so deeply ingrained in them that your right hand takes care of aiming (like me) then you have to stop aiming to shoot. Not so much of an issue on the sniper missions (so far; I've only played a couple) as you have time to line up your shot and then move to the fire button but on the assault type missions where it's like run and gun, without the run, it's impossible and you have to aim with your left.
