You line up a square which randomly appears under a missile, but then more missiles and squares appear but you must hold that first square under the same first missile or it hits. If you go to try to move new squares under new missiles the first square moves and the first missile hits. I'm not getting it. It's frustrating. Billy frostypopcorps Well-Known Member Patreon Indie Jan 7, 2015 282 1 18 Founder Victoria, British Columbia http://frostypop.com #5 frostypopcorps, Aug 30, 2017 A good way to play Billy is line up the target with the missile, then use two fingers to change the camera view to the next missile. Once the previous one hits, rotate the earth using one finger and line up the next target. The incoming missiles / targets are listed in order below the earth so you can see in advance what is coming next. If you are good at geography, you'll have a head start as you'll know where to look. Hope that helps and thanks for trying my little game. (Start on Easy mode until you get the hang of it). The multi-touch controls kind of make the game what it is, it scrambles your brain a bit and is fun when you start to get it down and get close calls. But I could also see how this could be suited for one touch gameplay as well. But I feel like that would also over simplify a game that for what it is, has decent depth to it's mechanics. Whatever you do, I hope this control scheme is still provided as an option and not eliminated. I feel like simpler games are starting to get backed into a corner like they have to be one touch to be appealing and fun. This game asks people to use 2 out of their 10 fingers and people are like, they controls won't do, too involved, not good for one the go etc. Meanwhile there are beloved games with landscape only orientation and often times, complex and often overly sophisticated touch screen controls. I praise this game for being something different, and it's really fun. I've really been enjoying all of the frosty pops titles lately. frostypopcorps Well-Known Member Patreon Indie Jan 7, 2015 282 1 18 Founder Victoria, British Columbia http://frostypop.com #12 frostypopcorps, Aug 31, 2017 Thanks so much Brian! I definitely am trying to break the mold a bit with my games and try new interaction models and designs. Although most of my games fall into the "casual" category, I am trying to do things a bit differently. I don't plan on changing the primary interaction model permanently as that is sort of what makes the game "the game", but coming up with a simpler control mechanism to appease to a broader audience might come at some point. But I tend to agree, I think anything simpler would likely make the game *too* easy and mindless. My hope is everyone who plays also picks pop a bit of new geography and opens there eyes to all the places in the world we never new before. Thanks again for chiming in and your support. Do you find the colour coordination between rockets, targets, and location titles to be difficult to follow? The locations appear in order of impact at bottom of screen (top one being next to impact). Cheers and thanks again for the feedback. I think since I don't have "friends" and since it's basically a high score game I really can't progress much further. Suggestions I would like to see maybe when you hits certain score marks that something be unlocked or added to the game. Even if it were cosmetic such as a storyline in which something could be happening in the background in which your defending an invasion and every milestone gets you a step closer to stopping it. Or just changing themes . Anything really that would make a "loner" like me want to keep coming back for more since I'm antisocial. I don't want to seem like a Debby downer or anything, no offense to the Debbies out there, but For what it is though I think it is an entertaining game . I like the controls and the whole look of the game altogether. I think frosty pop corps is a developer that will be making games I'll be downloading day 1 every single release.
