Played for two days and I'm ranked 16000ish, so game is doing ok. Plus, game has launched with some features that took clash royale forever, like tournaments. The epics are very strong, and the one legendary I've seen is a crazy strong defensive card, but I don't have any cards higher than level 5 so can't really say if they are OP yet.
