I tried changing the settings to remedy this but so far no luck. gmattergames Well-Known Member Mar 1, 2013 607 42 28 #6 gmattergames, Aug 9, 2017 No ipad4 support. Oh well, not surprised, game certainly looks like it boasts super advanced and innovative features my ancient device couldn't possibly support. bigrand1 Well-Known Member Apr 23, 2010 4,968 7 38 Geriatric Party Animal California, USA #7 bigrand1, Aug 9, 2017 I hear ya! If it's not then I wish someone would hurry up and port civ 3 to iPhone already stubbieoz Well-Known Member Jun 23, 2015 1,880 358 83 Male Grey haired gamer NSW Australia #10 stubbieoz, Aug 9, 2017 It is very blurry so obviously doesn't support a retina display. I find the text to be very hard to read because of this, even on a 12.9 iPad Pro. It could well be a game I would enjoy but the graphics are killing the game for me. Mythbuster Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2008 1,260 22 38 Journalist In the middle of nowhere #11 Mythbuster, Aug 9, 2017 It is the same problem as with Age of Conquest IV ... sadly, the graphics on the iDevices are very blurry ... on the PC they are sharp as a knife ... But nevertheless, the gameplay of both titles is deep, the AI is well made, so I have to say, I like both of them and I made a full purchase ... And do not forget: You pay once (for the full Version) and you can play it also on the PC ... so in my opinion this is a great plus point and a reason to support the developer. TouchiMedia Well-Known Member Nov 29, 2013 132 1 18 #12 TouchiMedia, Aug 9, 2017 It looks sharp on my iPhone 6. Same with text, perfectly readable and sharp during the tutorial and love the color schemes. MrBaconpants Member Nov 18, 2009 24 0 0 Web Developer Pittsburgh, PA http://www.mrbaconpants.com #18 MrBaconpants, Aug 10, 2017 Yes I am enjoying it too. I am finding it very hard at the moment. The AI is very aggressive. Ijipop Well-Known Member Jul 25, 2012 557 268 63 #19 Ijipop, Aug 10, 2017 Just to make sure! You can't evolve? If you start a game with older troops (barbarians, archer, elephant) You will never be able to build more advanced troops like soldiers, tank, jets...... Thats 2 modes? The old and new era?!?
