You have to tap at the right moment to separate the stages of your rocket during launch. Tap in the perfect zone and you'll get an extra boost, tap too late and it's boom! You can buy new rockets (cosmetic only apparently) and you can upgrade your rocket with extra stages to reach higher altitudes. It's a really really simple high score chaser with beautiful graphics that's got me hooked so far! It's definitely a just one more go before bed kind of thing and well worth a pop if you like this kind of thing. meder87 Well-Known Member Mar 20, 2009 217 0 16 Product Development Manager In the world of iOS #6 meder87, Aug 3, 2017 I'm enjoying this so far. It is very simple with the one touch controls, but I enjoy the grind to get better items in the game. Absolutely ludicrous that the dev would allow ads before any actual game has taken place. saansilt ð® Spam Police ð Mar 23, 2013 3,291 0 36 #9 saansilt, Aug 4, 2017 It is a wicked fun game. So simple yet so very intuitive. Its very intuitive - its a rocket; it goes up; get things wrong and it explodes. I found I wanted to keep playing to get to the bigger rocket. Enjoyed the 'well done Elon!' comment too. The depiction of the landscape and sunset was beautiful. Two things I would change: 1) when you get it wrong, there's a weird sort of zoom-out before you see the rocket explode. It always felt like I was missing something, would have felt more natural to see the explosion and then zoom out. 2) When I got above some-number, it said 'In Orbit', then a bit higher and it said 'In Space'. But thats not how orbit works. Orbit is a very high lateral velocity, not a height. And achieving orbit is actually harder than getting 'into space'. Sorry, bit pedantic there : ) Part Time Monkey Well-Known Member Oct 14, 2015 132 0 16 Male Monkey Man Helsinki, Finland http://www.parttimemonkey.com #15 Part Time Monkey, Aug 11, 2017 Hehhe fair enough! We already released the next update and now you can colonize Mars! Just like Elon wanted. I will see if I can make that explosion change you suggested, I agree that it may be a bit awkward right now. fiskadoro Well-Known Member Jan 1, 2009 326 17 18 Chicago, IL #16 fiskadoro, Aug 11, 2017 Very addictive! I'm a bit confused about how the colonizing bit works -- I think I missed the instructions and can't view them again. My 'alien' count is always at 1 star Novice. I sent 15 (for example) successfully but I don't progress to 2 star "flight operator" -- did I miss something? Probably I did! I cannot believe the amount of content added to this already addictive game. I hope to see more updates later on . How exactly do I get these people to Mars though, I'm confused. I put them in the ship and send the rocket up. No conformation or anything that they made it fiskadoro Well-Known Member Jan 1, 2009 326 17 18 Chicago, IL #18 fiskadoro, Aug 12, 2017 Ah...
