I played this a lot as a kid and would love to play it in my pocket. Admiral Bison Well-Known Member Apr 26, 2016 100 5 18 #4 Admiral Bison, Jul 27, 2017 Downloading once I get home. Still need to complete Rome and Barbarians. stelph Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Nov 16, 2016 249 41 28 #5 stelph, Jul 27, 2017 Same, looking forward to playing this when I get home From memory of the first time they came round the three games worked very well independently because you had to have different strategies for each game, the original Rome:Total war was kind of neutral, you would slowly build up and expand - Barbarians added the horde aspect which means you still had to have a slow build up but had to be ready for the sh*t to hit the fan when the hordes turned up. Alexander more or less removes any slow build up and because of the timers involved you almost have to go on the rampage immediately - looking forward to it (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
