The other games i haven't seen much lag, but come to think of it the saves dont work on them either. Anyone get it to work? djmartincook Member Mar 28, 2016 6 0 0 #5 djmartincook, Jul 31, 2017 Lagging for me too (iPhone 6). Deleted for now awaiting update to hopefully fix it. chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #6 chief78, Aug 1, 2017 All I can say is YEEEEEEEESSSSSSS!! This is, to this day, my favorite game of all time. Brings back soooo many memories (I was a Genesis kid as opposed to SNES). Give it a week and Sega will fix it. I'm supporting all their re-releases to spur more classics and fixes for what's coming out. If u love these games, good or not, they'll only survive if Sega sees doem revenue to keep these devs going....that's what TA is for! bigrand1 Well-Known Member Apr 23, 2010 4,968 7 38 Geriatric Party Animal California, USA #7 bigrand1, Aug 1, 2017 What a disappointment (but not necessarily a surprise) that this is laggy as hell and even the music suffers it seems on most devices! I really want to grab this, but considering what everyone here (and in the store) are saying about that, for me, at least, why bother? When (or should I say 'IF') they decide to fix this, I will definitely get this, though! nkx Well-Known Member May 9, 2015 672 0 16 #8 nkx, Aug 2, 2017 If you go to setting and change the classic to smooth setting the game runs a lot better and is playable. I hope this helps chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #9 chief78, Aug 2, 2017 Good tip, helps a slight bit, but on iPhone 6 plus here, and the framerate is still choppy. I threw $2 on this to support the devs fixing this issue. Also getting the choppy music. I hope they can sort this out....favorite all-time game, needs some love and refinement, soo close! nkx Well-Known Member May 9, 2015 672 0 16 #10 nkx, Aug 2, 2017 Same here this is one my fav too. I too own a plus found is more playable on smooth but still a bit choppy but a lot less than classic What helped me hard reboot and no other apps running in background on smooth setting went a few levels where I wasn't annoyed chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #11 chief78, Aug 2, 2017 Hmmm, nice, I'll give this a try and see how that does. Sounds like a memory leak bogging it down if u were able to get this working for a bit of play at a time without the choppiness. chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #12 chief78, Aug 3, 2017 Hard reboot makes this much more playable! Now....to get the timing back on the double jump sobI can pass stage 2. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
