Think it is absolutely awesome. Very unique twist on an already proven concept eg 8 Ball Pool. Feel I will be playing this one for a long time. Big thumbs up to the devs!!! Nothing is locked by timer or coins. Internet connection is of course required for multiplayer games, but you can still play offline in training (free ride) mode. robertsze Well-Known Member Patreon Top Tier Oct 20, 2009 531 30 28 http://www.djinnworks.at #9 robertsze, May 17, 2017 Well, we had quite a few "bast tactics" while developing the game, but players actually proofed us wrong already. They beat us more and more To be honest, we always try to balance in such a way that there is no best tactic. The best board should not give you a better winning situation but always you other more spectacular tricks for instance. But you always should have a chance to beat a fully equipped player by e.g. railsliding while using multipliers or combinations. Additionally, it depends on the park you skate it. Each park is designed to demand different tactics. bigrand1 Well-Known Member Apr 23, 2010 4,968 7 38 Geriatric Party Animal California, USA #10 bigrand1, May 17, 2017 I'll drink to that! ## imdakine1 Well-Known Member Aug 23, 2011 1,228 22 38 #11 imdakine1, May 18, 2017 Agreed. Long live premiums games! heikPhone Well-Known Member Patreon Top Tier Sep 5, 2010 566 2 18 #12 heikPhone, May 18, 2017 Last edited: May 18, 2017 Free 2 Play I want to say something regarding that topic: The game itself required 6 months of development for 8 people, working 60 hours the week at least. There are now 4 people maintaining the game every day. The game is free to play, you do not have to purchase anything to play, you can also earn money with free spins, free hourly rewards and video watching and many other opportunities. No interstitials, no ads that you are forced to watch. On top of that we truly have astonishing server and network costs to keep the game alive. So for those who want high level boards, characters & tricks it is in my personal opinion fair to offer these IAPs. I understand any criticism, but I think it is also important to see the whole thing from both sides. robertsze Well-Known Member Patreon Top Tier Oct 20, 2009 531 30 28 http://www.djinnworks.at #13 robertsze, May 18, 2017 Stickman Skate Battle Version 1.0.2 is now available! I was of the impression iOS apps were magic things that happened without any costs involved. I mean, everybody else goes to work for free. Don't they? ac166 Well-Known Member May 15, 2014 383 12 18 #18 ac166, May 18, 2017 I don't have anything against f2p games in general, but the monetisation here seems quite harsh. I foolishly bought a couple of new tricks at the start of the game before realising you had to pay to play. It seems you have to wait at least an hour to get any free coins, so I watched an ad, played a single game, lost and then had nothing left to do. I had a bit of a play around in the practice mode, but it seems it's impossible to progress or earn coins that way, so there didn't feel like there was much point. I'll spend money on a game if it's hooked me in and I can see some value in it, but here it just seems I'll have to pay 50 coins each time just to play a game. I've not really experienced much of the game to make me come back for more, most of these kinds of titles will be quite generous with timers and currency at the start of the game so that you get hooked. I hope the feedback helps, I think the game is good, I just don't have much motivation to play it. I thought the iaps in your basketball game worked well- an iap to unlock things and remove ads heikPhone Well-Known Member Patreon Top Tier Sep 5, 2010 566 2 18 #19 heikPhone, May 18, 2017 Thank you for the feedback, very useful. We'll shortly introduce something that will help in such cases, means if you bought something by accident or if you loose your money too quick. A user will get free coins so he can play a couple of further games without having to purchase anything when he drops down under 50 coins for the first time. Hope this helps. imdakine1 Well-Known Member Aug 23, 2011 1,228 22 38 #20 imdakine1, May 19, 2017 Thanks for the feedback. I understand iOS development is a business and as such a developer needs tonmake money. I am an avid premium gamer and have pause .99 - $19.99 for games on iOS. My point is I am not a fan of F2P and prefer paying a fixed price for a premium game. And as stated prior many other games you had did offer f2p and a fixed price for full premium mode. I understand that iOS gamers are different and are not used to paying console price games and as such maybe IAP is a better model over premium since many iOS gamers aren't willing to pay premium game prices. So far I've only played your game for about 5 mins but thought the graphics are great and controls seemed good! I'm always surprised at how good touch controls have gotten as I'm still more used to buttons vs touch screen! I'll play more later and wish you success with this and your future games!
