He had to, because his activation was a mistake the "Factory" could not afford. SCRAP is a unique platformer in which you can't stop moving. The remedy to that is jumping. Jump faster and learn new sequences to discover the way forward. But it's not gonna be easy, since each level is harder than the previous one and SCRAP keeps getting faster. You're lucky though, because there are clues and power-ups scattered around to help you. All of this is complemented by a polished graphic design and great soundtrack. In short, SCRAP is: - 30 (plus 3 bonus) carefully designed levels in 3 unique worlds. 11 additional levels and a completely new world coming soon - free. - Intuitive controls. - Yup, you can play SCRAP using only one hand. One. Hand. - Polished graphics. You're gonna rate it yourself, anyways - Equally great soundtrack. You're gonna rate this, too. - No microtransactions, ads or any of that stuff. NONE. - Gorgeous wallpapers to discover, created by Polish artists! - We've thrown in some making-of sketches as a bonus. We have some promocodes for you. If you want please send PM to us Jean pierre Well-Known Member Mar 24, 2017 320 2 18 #3 Jean pierre, Apr 26, 2017 Hello, I bought the game and played on my ipad pro (ios 9.3). That is an excellent game (just finished level 6 of the factory). Besides, there is no IAP, no adds, works offline and compatible with IOS 8 (a lot of people prefer to stick on ancien IOS) Good fx and music also. I didn't see the promo codes.... Thanks for this game, it deserves a great succes. sobriquet Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Jul 30, 2015 1,216 1 38 #4 sobriquet, Apr 26, 2017 Thanks for impressions. I prefer to buy to a game if it looks like something I will like so I didn't want to ask for a code. You helped me make the decision to pick this up. Qwertz555 Well-Known Member May 22, 2010 2,318 29 48 #5 Qwertz555, Apr 26, 2017 Since i'm (argh...still) so short in credits, i asked the Devs for a code. Thank you very much! In return some impressions... Very polished presentation, top music/sfx sounds for a great sci-fi robotish atmosphere, responsive tap to (double) jump and swipe down to fall through a platform controls. I love the robots weight, perfect feeling. Many checkpoints*, with a quite fast replay. There are 5 extras to unlock by finishing the bonus levels or collect everything, but i don't know what they are, yet. Some replay value is given. In level 5 i discovered a shield to pick up to help you to get easier through a level. Since i didn't read the description yet, it was a nice surprise. The learning curve (this far) seems well done, and memorizing isn't a huge affair...yet, i guess. Not so good to my old eyes are the pink landmines. With all the surrounding blinking stuff, i have some problems to detect them on time (iphone 7 here). Too little. Of course, i'll get better (i hope) because i'm only five levels in. *about checkpoints... For perfectionists, who would like to restart immediately when missing a blue stick, a replay button on screen would be much more convenient. No iap's, no ads, installed MB 618. Tap/double tap to jump and swipe down to lower to a different platform. Three achievements per level: finish, collect all the cells, and X # of jumps. One thing I've not seen pointed out is the fact that there are boxes scattered across the levels that lead to the upper deck, yet you can pass by them if you don't try to jump onto them (as in they don't impede forward movement)....That's pretty clever in my book....haven't recalled seeing that used in such manner. It makes for a very forgiving way to pass a level, but the collecting of vials is so deviously addictive # Besides this, I agree with the excellent presentation, spot-on controls (although I do wish swiping down to go down to the lower level didn't include an animation where the bot is almost jumping before he goes down...but also adds another layer of strategy lol) Fantastic game devs #### coolpepper43 ð® Spam Police ð Aug 31, 2012 4,615 7 38 On the toilet #12 coolpepper43, Apr 27, 2017 I was in the beta for this. SCRAP is a really solid level based auto runner. It's very well designed with spot on controls. It's a little slow at first but it you will see its greatness by level 4 or 5. If you have any codes left I would love one for the final release please. Woodland Games Active Member Aug 5, 2016 34 0 0 Poland #13 Woodland Games, Apr 27, 2017 Thank you! Greatly appreciated. I've only played the first few levels, but that was enough to see how much love went into the game. Gameplay is very smooth (and challenging), controls are spot-on, and graphics are clean, sharp and well done overall. I love a good runner, but face it, most of them fall flat. I don't think that will happen here. Very impressed so far. Well worth checking out. I also *love* how fluid the game is, every move you make is smooth and direct. Right now I'm trying to get used to the fact that the blocks can actually be stepped on (sometimes they just feel to me like they're part of the background) and elevate the character. Only on level 7 right now, but primarily because I'm trying to complete the achievements first before moving on lol Qwertz555 Well-Known Member May 22, 2010 2,318 29 48 #16 Qwertz555, Apr 27, 2017 Is this a bug or intended? Normally our robo runs here (circle), but in the bonus level he's on the right. Always. I doubt that i will invest any time with this difficult layout, specially when i have to catch 100 stick and the reward could be a wallpaper only (sorry, no interest in useless "cosmetic" stuff). I'm on Steamworks lv 2. The levels seem to get a bit longer, or more sticks have to be caught. The difficulty is rising, too. I'm really in need of an instant (from beginning!) and on-screen replay button. A simple must-have in such a game! If you like a well done auto-runner, i'd say... Highly recommended. This is an auto-runner with tons of eye and ear candy that is really fun to play. While the storyline in the framing sequence was a bit predictable, the game itself is a true gem. Despite its simple tap or swipe mechanic it gets tough pretty quickly especially if you're trying to get all three stars on each level. I'm only on the ninth level, but this has the makings to be one of the best games in its genre. And agreed! A true gem EDIT: I keep forgetting to mention how crystal clear and awesome the sound is. All the effects, the music, ambient effects.....some serious work went into mastering all the sounds and music in this game.
