There is no Reverse Controls option, but if you go to Settings you could give Track Controls option a go. It basically lets you control the U.S.O's position to exactly follow your finger. If you look at your animal collection you'll notice that you can also upgrade some of them to increase chance of them dropping eggs in game. You'll need to have enough amounts of this type of animal and of course enough coins as well.
