Unfortunately, and with all highscore tips and different characters stats/abilities, there is no Gamecenter leaderboard(s). Sorry my dear Dev, no reason for me to buy you a meal for $4. (wow, i wished i could buy one for that price here in Switzerland). Once you add GC, my money is yours, no doubt! xjaff Well-Known Member Sep 7, 2012 250 0 16 Male Toronto, Canada #5 xjaff, Mar 30, 2017 This is a nice shoot 'em up! 10 stages and once you complete them you loop through them again (with more monsters each loop). I am currently working through my 3rd loop on normal difficulty. Don't know how many loops there are. To me stage 9 seems the most challenging. Several characters to unlock, and for each character you can level them up with XP points and there are different "skins" which provide different benefits. You purchase the skins using gold collected through game play. There are optional ads you can watch to give you "potions". A potion simply gives you bonus gold and XP after completing a stage. There is a single IAP to remove banner ads, give unlimited potions, and buy the dev a meal. No pay-to-win here. The game play is nice, challenging. I haven't even tried hard difficulty yet. The scoring and coin collecting system is fun - you need to stay close to enemies to get max points and coins(keep them within your circle). Unfortunately no Game Center, as mentioned. Looks like google leaderboards only. Definitely worth a look. Remote_ Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze May 26, 2011 145 12 18 UK #6 Remote_, Mar 31, 2017 I can't believe this hasn't more attention, really. Such a great little shooter. Love the bullet-hell style and the progression is great. Upgrading and unlocking the characters has been really enjoyable so far and I was more than happy to drop the £3.99 to support as I dig the old school pixel vibes. Shame about the Game Center thing, but it is largely redundant for me these days (and I was a big achievement chaser for years) so I really don't mind. In and of itself, this is a smashing little shooter/rpg. Well worth checking and a great surprise. My go-to game of the week. Remote_ Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze May 26, 2011 145 12 18 UK #7 Remote_, Mar 31, 2017 Nice chip tunes too Although I have a suspicion that in-game music is ripped from somewhere. Just can't put my finger on it. chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #8 chief78, Apr 2, 2017 Yeah, this is definitely a sleeper hit. I also cannot believe there is not more buzz. nyanpass Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2017 3,374 1,043 113 #9 nyanpass, Jan 11, 2018 Combination of Retro RPG and Shooting!
