After downloading the game, first impressions are (postivie first negative secondly): - good size download for such a "big" game - it is fairly easy to learn the gameplay - graphics are ok for the genre - the game is interesting - controls are good - no one talks to you - there is a lot of desert in between areas ( as in not much happenning) - a bit boring on the story and interaction side as well as shooting (it is auto) - the way the text comes up on the cutscene is dreadful (like a typewriter, but it is the guy's thought, so you get the idea he thinks very slowly or has some problem...) And regarding bugs: - at the start you have a horse right next to you, but i went into the church and when i came back out the horse was gone... don't know why and i cannot find another horse - second boss is a bit complicated since his health does not go down whatsoever and he has lots of henchmen Suggestions to the dev based on the few minutes played: - put more interaction with people - put more fluff on the desert - put option to make the lines of text pop instead of slowly appearing letter by letter Overall the game is good and interesting (especially for a dollar) the problem is, after dead red redemption you just want something similar to show up, and this is a very mini rdr (like 15%). But i believe the dev is on a good way here and with improvements the game could be an ipad rdr. Why is TA not giving more coverage of this? I find it strange that TA is not giving more coverage of this game when they published 3 articles giving it some hype.
Maybe they are waiting for updates to tidy up some last minute things? My suggestion is to include some mini games like Black jack and such in the saloons. And roving bandits in the deserts.
