No forced ads so far but if you want to revive you will be watching ads or buying coins because you don't get enough coins playing and the cost of reviving goes up more and more every time you fail at a run. A unlimited revival IAP would be cool DenizPiri Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2016 71 0 6 #3 DenizPiri, Mar 23, 2017 Yay,, the app is released ! Please let us know of your feedback. I'm glad to know you guys already have an update on the way for the controls. Does this include alternate controls? And is there a way to view the achievements? This game is the bomb! DenizPiri Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2016 71 0 6 #10 DenizPiri, Mar 24, 2017 Thanks ! We have a longer version of it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4oZqgo85-o After getting some comments from people here at touch arcade, we decided to cut it shorter before release and call the longer version the Director's Cut DenizPiri Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2016 71 0 6 #11 DenizPiri, Mar 24, 2017 Sent you a PM to get to know more about the problem.. We never experienced such a problem during our testing We test very often with iPad Air and Air 2. If anyone elses experiences problems with controls, please let us know!! Some video showing the problem would be great!! DenizPiri Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2016 71 0 6 #12 DenizPiri, Mar 24, 2017 We debated the unlimited revival IAP. Unfortunately, we strongly believe that it will not be a good idea . It would make it truly unfair in gamecenter leaderboards. We could exclude those users with IAP from leaderboard, but still; I believe game will lose it's purpose once we add that IAP. PacMan 256 was quite an inspiration, we have to admit Respect! As for the ads,, our current plan is to keep the game this way forever. However, we might add different IAPs (we have an idea to add an IAP to double the in game collected coin count). DenizPiri Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2016 71 0 6 #13 DenizPiri, Mar 24, 2017 Thanks! Comments about graphics makes our artists very very happy Update for the controls is mainly about prediction. In the store version, we already have some basic prediction, to get you out of small corners with 1 swipe (if blocked at up, right and down tiles, swipe up will register as left and up). With the update, this gets quite more advanced so that it can get you out of most situations, but we tried to make it not so automatic on purpose So update doesn't contain alternate controls and at this point we are not planning to add alternate controls. But, things might change of course based on demand You can click this button to access achievements and leaderboards. Now looking at it,, i think it would have been better to put a Game Center like icon there.. :/ yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #14 yankeeblue000, Mar 24, 2017 Oh, really!? Um,..Ok. I understand you have to make money. I get it. I really do. Good luck with everything. The game looks good b.t.w. Thanx. DenizPiri Well-Known Member Feb 2, 2016 71 0 6 #15 DenizPiri, Mar 24, 2017 Maybe we had a misunderstanding about the monetisation From our perspective, adding Unlimited Revival IAP would turn the game into a pay to win game. We will probably add different IAPs in future, but never allowing users pay to win. Currently price of revival goes up within a game session with each revival in an exponential way, going towards very very high numbers after first 2 revivals basically to prevent user from using revive feature forever allowing to continue forever. Also, further ahead in the game, average collected coin count increases. So in most cases up to 3 to 4 revives in a good games session comes for free, because the amount of coins spent for revival can easily be collected back right after reviving. For example: TNT bomb goes off after revive, revealing a star pickup, if you run onto enemies while in star mode, you get 20 coins each time. After 3rd or 4th review, you end up spending the coins you have been collecting within that game session (average we calculated is 90 coins per minute of gameplay). Trick is knowing when to stop so that you restart the game without reviving, taking your earnings. If player relies on revive feature a lot, that can cause player to go towards 0 coins after each game session. I hope this clears things up But I still feel like I might have misunderstood your suggestion. If so, would be lovely if you can explain the IAP idea in a bit more detail. Also other monetisation scheme ideas are more than welcome! That said,, we always want gameplay and the game itself to be the main focus monetisation being the secondary thing. sakara214ever Well-Known Member May 10, 2012 1,262 168 63 #16 sakara214ever, Mar 24, 2017 Having do much fun with this game! Reading comments like these puts a big smile to our whole team's faces However, we would love to hear about problems people are having with the game just as much if not more. We would like to solve every problem and make the core game more and more playable. An update is waiting for review right now, which improves things quite a bit. With our next update, we will speed up the initial load time of game (seems to be taking a long time on older gen devices). I think this feels a little more like Digby Forever by the same developer. It too got really repetitive. It's sort of like Pac-Man 256 & Dig Dug I guess. I was hoping for it to feel more like Dig Dug but it was like playingPac-Man 256. This in a sense is like a mix of Bomberman,'Pac-Man 256,& DigbyForever. I was hoping more of a Bomberman feel. Close but, it feels more like the latter of the 3. I guess it's really difficult to balance having you're own identity when heavily influenced by two popular games. This is just my opinion. I deleted the game but, I'm going to give the game another shot once I tackle a huge backlog I accumulated, especially the last few weeks. To be honest all my games are premium. I rarely play f2p but I do try out the ones that seem promising. The games I compared you're game to were good games. 3 of them are from all-time classic franchises. You can do a lot worse when being described. I think the controls on this need to be more precise. I don't think a maze runner where you're racing for your life plays well with touch controls. There should've been an objective to each level and maybe a Boss also to slow down the gameplay. Anyway guys good luck (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
