THE NETHERLANDS #2 ROGER-NL, Mar 16, 2017 Fun game from the makers of Hocus, I like Pocus more than Hocus though, for puzzle lovers an easy reccomondation. y2kmp3 Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2010 1,784 3 38 #3 y2kmp3, Mar 16, 2017 Another great recommendation from Roger-NL! Agree that the puzzles are fun albeit a bit lightweight similar to the developer's previous games. Simultaneously controlling multiple maps offers an interesting twist to the game's mechanics. Too bad there is no control to temporarily halt a roll once it starts. Such a feature would be very useful to troubleshoot a solution. Very clever game. Mechanics more clever and better leveraged than developer's previous games. Experience hampered severely by frequent and severe graphical glitches. Struggled greatly to get through the last levels because of recurrent graphics bug. The graphics rending engine in this game is utterly broken, to the point that the game is almost unplayable in the later stages. Once the map gets complex in the later stages, the map renderings are frequently corrupted with partial missing surfaces and textures. Rarely, you can reload the level until the map is rendered correctly. More often, though, you need to exit the game and reload it which is an exercise in annoyance as the game loads extremely slowly at the start. Unexpectedly disappointed with this very buggy game so far, especially given it is coming from a developer with such pedigree and multiple previous releases.
