Then the game treated me like many other (sorry, stupid hand holding) online games - push this, push that, upgrade this and now play the next level - without having a possibility to check out the settings/menus. I didn't play the next forced level, just wanted to let you know. Deep sigh, i don't like these foresigns...though none of the former posts mentioned something bad. So i still got some hope for a truly premium experience. For the aesthetic icon people, it says Warriors of... Only found this trailer, and the game is in english... While the art style looks great, the battles feel a bit lifeless (for me). I'm missing some oomp-y and stump-y sfx impacts here and there. Yep, the (very) high jump seems to compensate the missing double jump. Slashing while descending lets you float down. The buttons hit-box are restricted, so it's easy to miss them or worse, to hit another button to mess up your flaw. No options (as pretty much usual) to customize anything. Actually, there are no options for anything at all. Just to make clear, the left-right buttons work responsive and you can slide your thumb between them. It would be nice if we could do the same with the other ones (shield, dash). Also easy is it to trigger the special moves with the up-down buttons, though they're small. I simply can't get along with the layout. It doesn't fit my style, too awkward. Pity. If you like gather items and accessories, upgrade skills, building (to raise some characters stats) and chase in-game achievements, well, than you'll get a lot to do and to look forward. Well worth a buck. No iap's at all. I'll play on as far as i can get, but i'll definitely won't do the "metroidvania stuff" without a buttons customization option.
