Jalapeno, Feb 24, 2017 Looks really good. What are the rules? Its still a little confusing but I think I got it CreatiuLab Well-Known Member Feb 3, 2014 53 0 6 #7 CreatiuLab, Feb 24, 2017 Last edited: Feb 24, 2017 The basic rules are pretty straight forward: - Match same letters to get the next letter - To join two letters you have to match the highlighted corners of the tiles By tapping you can rotate the tiles or rotate the board. While developing this mechanics we tried out dozen of variations. We were looking for something unique and simple at the same time. After many months of trial and error we came up with this one. It wasn't obvious but we think it works very well. Its a wonderful game. raravan Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 829 38 28 #17 raravan, Feb 26, 2017 polished, smart and really addicting game. needs more love for sure. mr_bez Well-Known Member Dec 20, 2012 2,053 3 38 #18 mr_bez, Feb 26, 2017 I was still a bit confused after the gameplay vids and descriptions but I decided to take the plunge on this based on the developer's pedigree. I'm really glad I did. It's a very fun and different game. The first few levels introduce the mechanics gradually and they're not at all confusing when you start to play. I'd call it a puzzle game rather than a word game - the letters could just as easily be numbers or symbols. Things I discovered which weren't obvious to me from the trailer (but are very clear when playing): * Each puzzle can only contain letters from the animal's name at the top. * Matching two letters always makes the next letter in the animal's name. For example, on the SOFIA level S's become O's, O's become F's and so on. Adjacent pairs tiles are matched when the letter is the same and the arrows on the corners touch. This means letters don't have to be the same way up to match. They can also be the opposite way up. * You're in control of when the tiles spin and when the grid spins. Watching the video, I wasn't sure what caused this. slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,768 41 48 Male Retired! Houston, TX #19 slewis7, Feb 26, 2017 I agree that this is a very interesting game. I am finding the endless, high score chasing mode, to be the most interesting part of it. There is definitely strategy involved in surviving longer and getting a high score, but I am still struggling to figure out what that strategy might be. In any case, I am enjoying the challenge of figuring it out! Also, the game has attractive graphics and is well designed. Recommended for folks who enjoy puzzle games. This does not remind me of anything else, which is a good thing! CreatiuLab Well-Known Member Feb 3, 2014 53 0 6 #20 CreatiuLab, Feb 27, 2017 Last edited: Feb 27, 2017 Thank you guys!
