Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #9 Exact-Psience, Feb 22, 2017 Only played the first stage after the tutorial, and im lovin it. That said, i still need to get deeper into the upgrade trees, but the core gameplay coupled with fantastic control scheme (i upped my sensitivity to almost full on the ipad for easy maneuvering) is as solid as it can get. I love classic game core mechanics fused with upgrade systems like Slayin, Colossatron, Knightmare Tower and Tomb of the Mask to name a few, so Mul Mash gets insta love from me. This is basically a sideways paddle game like Pong or Arkanoid, but you get to control 2 paddles on each side of the screen. Paddles have a round surface, so you can use that to your advantage to angle your bounces. From the bottom of the screen, neon glowing enemies move upwards and your task is to keep hitting them with the balls, preventing them from going off the topside. Simple mechanics, but with an upgrade system i still need to discover. Knowing Riverman Media, this game is going to be insanely huge past the part i've reached so far, which is still pretty much an intro of sorts. I remember way back around The Executive, these guys ended up giving me a key and the game was awesome, so I'll buy this at some point soon. Exact-Psience Well-Known Member Jan 12, 2012 22,664 2 38 The Work-At-Home Guy Philippines #11 Exact-Psience, Feb 22, 2017 There is Cloud support. Buy it now... (Yes, I've never mentioned it before, but those things drive me INSANE!) Also, while you may be cheating the system a little bit, this is the perfect 2 player sit-across-from-eachother-with-one-device game. yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #13 yankeeblue000, Feb 22, 2017 Man I love this Dev. They're so wacky and make incredible games. There is Mfi support. I'm playing with the Steele Series and it works smoothly. There's also an option to record voice and video. You get upgrades for your paddles that you can switch out in between levels sort of like a load out. So far I've gotten The Big paddles and the Fire paddles. You can also interchange the paddles you want for each side. Big Paddle on one side & Fire Paddle on the other side or keep them the same. You also get coins for taking out baddies that you use to buy a choice of 1 of 3 power ups i(health, ball speed increase or decrease etc) in between levels and are different choices every time you end a level. Another thing is if you loose health during a level and don't get the health upgrade option in between levels or decide not to bring your health up if you do get the option you go into the next level with the depleted health you lost in the last level. It's pretty neat Anyway let me get back to playing. I almost forgot to mention that this game is gorgeous The aesthetic and music are soothing and sublime to the senses I love it yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #14 yankeeblue000, Feb 22, 2017 I think Pizza vs Skeletons has the 3-star rating in it but it's so good who cares metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #15 metalcasket, Feb 22, 2017 It's my favorite tilt based game next to Don't Die Mr. Robot. It honestly has the best tilt controls in existence. HONESTLY. Also, I love MUL.MASH far beyond what words can describe. When you've got a great run going, have a ton of power-ups show up, manage to get a fireball activated and everything on screen turns into chaos for a split second before you clear a screen-full of enemies?
