I am involved with the game's development here at Fat Fish HQ. We've just cracked #1 free game here in our home country of the United Kingdom. Thanks for the feedback already. We have plenty more improvements lined up and we're happy to hear any more feedback anyone has on the game. We hope to have app update out very soon as later this week, that addresses the issues people are experiencing. Lunacy182 Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2012 135 0 0 #8 Lunacy182, Feb 22, 2017 This game is fun but man does the difficult spike hard. I went from "couldn't loose a single game" to "can't kick the ball fast enough to keep the bar from draining into the loosing section". I have yet to win a single game in the second season. That bar drains incredible fast. Buss1985 Well-Known Member Feb 20, 2013 48 0 6 #9 Buss1985, Feb 27, 2017 Having exactly the same experience. It's ridiculous which is a shame because I was really enjoying it. fiskadoro Well-Known Member Jan 1, 2009 326 17 18 Chicago, IL #10 fiskadoro, Feb 27, 2017 Me three! First season was a breeze, but the second season was so tough it killed any joy with the game. Too bad. Once I transfered to a better team, 2nd season was easier (plus always training of course) Mant Active Member Feb 22, 2014 39 0 0 Mobile Game Developer Sussex, UK https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tiny-striker-world-football/id1008733893?mt=8 #12 Mant, Feb 28, 2017 Last edited: Feb 28, 2017 Hi all, Mr. Charley is exactly right. If you are struggling to compete in higher leagues, you need to transfer to a better team. We know this isn't that well instructed, and we hope to address that in future updates. Basically a match's difficulty (the score bar rate of drop speed) is calculated on the comparison between your team's difficulty and the opponent's difficulty level in the match. So if you have a 1.5 star team vs a 3 or 4 star team, the score bar will drop quite rapidly to give a sensation that (if you excuse the pun) your team is out of their league by playing this team. So..you basically need to transfer to a team that has a similar, better or close to star rating than the team/s you are playing in the league in which you're finding it difficult to compete in. Also, as Mr. Charley says, keep training your abilities, these are permanent skill boosters and they greatly improve your chances of winning matches, more so when teamed up with striker and match cards - used together it can make it a game changer! I hope this helps with anyone's difficulty issues in higher leagues. We're starting to create a FAQ (found in Settings menu of 1.0.16) which contains help and tips on how to improve your game. forsakenxe Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2014 709 0 16 #13 forsakenxe, Mar 2, 2017 Last edited: Mar 3, 2017 Yeah I think the freemium aspect is too bad, as well. I would pay for unlimited energy (forever) and maybe even buy the coin doubler but as it stands it will most likely be delete. I only have a few minutes up to a few hours each morning and evening to play and this energy system kinda kills it for me as I can't just play as much as I want in the 1-2 hours I have at each of these time slots. Shame Edit: came back to report the insane difficulty increase in season two. Haven't won in 13 games and only made it to a last second draw once, even though I changed to a 2 1/2 star team. This combined with the stamina issues above will probably make me delete the game very soon. Making your mark with a premium game is a lot more difficult in our experience, all our past 'Tiny' titles have been free and it wouldn't make much sense to change the mold. Sure the previous titles didn't have energy in them, but we felt if it was unlimited energy, you would exhaust the game far too quickly than we wanted, so that you would understand the game more by sticking with it. We have plenty of tweaks to make, as well as some fantastic features coming up over the next few months. We may explore the timing of energy replenishment and also perhaps the option to purchase infinite energy. Regarding the difficulty curve, we are adjusting that over the next few updates, but we feel in its current state it can be a challenge if you don't transfer to better teams, and this is something we're not addressing too well in the onboarding of the game. Again, something we hope to improve in future updates. Thanks for playing and sharing your feedback - we're always listening for ways to improve the game. Lunacy182 Well-Known Member Jun 20, 2012 135 0 0 #15 Lunacy182, Mar 6, 2017 Bummer. It seems the only way to transfer to a new team is to use gold. And since I've been using it to train my guy I don't have any. Looks like I have to spend real money to continue on playing. So I've hit the pay wall it's seems. I had fun while it lasted I guess.
