LordShad0wz Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2014 4,280 1 38 #6 LordShad0wz, Feb 18, 2017 Alright. I apologize everyone. I've been without internet for a few weeks and it was completely unexpected. But I am back. Where the hell is everyone on this damn thread? This is a 5 star game. Why would I give it such high praise? Well here's why. First of all a disclaimer. I beta tested the living shit out of this game. So while it might appear I am biased I assure you I am up front and honest. What I love about this game is pretty much everything. From the retro graphics style to the selection of ships. The Selection of the ship really is subjective and depends on your personality. I prefer the Phoenix. While it is the largest and hardest to maneuver in a furball when you level up down the road it's truly a beast. The smaller ships are definitely easier to maneuver but cost you in health and armor. I love all of the different weapon types and with the way the enemy AI moves all over the screen you will find yourself switching to different weapon sets to be effective. I love the boss battles. They are large and in charge with big bombs and guns. I love all of the sound effects. The bombs exploding and the lasers firing are fantastic. I like the progression and the leveling up system. I like that after level 20 you start adding to your health and armor. It's just fantastic. There are leaderboards as well and the dev put specific leaderboards for pure players as well as players who choose to continue. This way it's fair. I love the shop. While some of the pricing might be a bit high the dev really put a lot of work into it and is very supportive and will add more if the support is there. I have no issues paying for everything. It's just a really fun game. I enjoy it very much. It's worth the money to me. Billy MobileOnTapYT Well-Known Member Feb 17, 2017 178 0 0 #7 MobileOnTapYT, Feb 18, 2017 Excellent game. Very nice retro feel to it. Need to invest some more time into unlocking things and exploring it a bit more. Little gameplay video for you. forsakenxe Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2014 709 0 16 #8 forsakenxe, Feb 19, 2017 I do like the presentation and atmosphere of the game. But I do dislike the relatively slow ramp up in difficulty and I absolutely despise the fact that enemies ships can hide behind the UI and to make matters worse, you have an invisible wall on the left of the screen which you can't pass through (just a blank area even for enemies). This is on an iPad Air 2 latest live os and totally breaking the game for me, sorry :/ LordShad0wz Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2014 4,280 1 38 #9 LordShad0wz, Feb 19, 2017 Really? I don't have that on my iPhone 6s+. You can also shrink the buttons in the options menu. Billy forsakenxe Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2014 709 0 16 #10 forsakenxe, Feb 19, 2017 I know, doesn't fix it. ronny.deicke Member Dec 8, 2016 21 0 0 Berlin #11 ronny.deicke, Feb 19, 2017 Thanks all to you for your feedback, it's really important to me to improve the game. On iPad you have these "not playable" areas on the left and right side, it's on my list for further improvements, I couldn't manage to do it yet. The reason for this is that the app is an universal app and have to fit all screen sizes on all devices, but I already have an idea how to make it happen I am also open for suggestions how to improve the difficulty curve, maybe I could also add an "hard mode" with more spaceships already in the beginning? What do you think?
