Seems a bunch of things have changed since the early beta, plus my data got wiped back then, so I'm replaying everything. As a jelly cube. I guess it helped me discover that I like my puzzles self-contained. Slayaway Camp is fantastic in that it takes a theme, implements it to the fullest (seriously, 110% campy horror movie stuff here) and doesn't make it about the theme. There's a legitimate, fun, challenging puzzle game here that's highly recommended. And yeah, I do like there to be less between me and the puzzles. There are some tricky levels, though, after the first two movies. I like the mechanic of having to scare kids to certain spots so you can leverage them. I can't recall seeing anything like that in other games. That said, I was stuck on the last scene of movie 2.5 during the beta, so I didn't get *that* far. Gonna try to beat that now and see if the game manages to hold my attention. metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #16 metalcasket, Feb 14, 2017 Alright guys, even though I've actually added to the discussion, let's keep Red's Kingdom out of here, alright?
