It may take a little while to show up on iTunes but keep an eye open for an update to the app which fixes the issue. Sorry about that. Again, thanks for the headsup! This game is a keeper The start up / splash screen to load up the game takes a bit longer for my liking, since sometimes I play games more that can get to the game faster. Maybe even a continue last puzzle button would be a HUGE feature for the title screen so you don't have to navigate back through many pages. I've seen other games implement this really well. In fact, there's a huge blank spot on the title screen you could use for a "continue" button. I do think it would be nice if each complete connection would make a small sound (like a light click) to show you're doing it right. It just feels like there's a missing sound effect. And then if you could toggle it on or off that would probably appeal to people who don't like extra sounds. Keep up the great work dev! I'm going to go ahead and recommend this game to people who love casual phone games to pass the time. James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #6 James Kay, Feb 1, 2017 That is a really great idea! I'll keep that in mind for future updates! There ARE sound effects when you complete a line (and delete one) but I admit they might be a little too subtle. I'll have a look into this for a future update too. Thanks so much!! Tinsel Well-Known Member Dec 8, 2008 508 5 18 #7 Tinsel, Feb 1, 2017 This is really eating up my battery for some reason. I'm on an iPad Air 2 running 8.1.4. I did not time it, but I did the chapter 1 puzzles (and the tutorial for the award and sticker) and this had taken 37% off my battery! I'm well-versed with this type of puzzle so I don't think I could have taken longer than 30-40 minutes total (tops). Also, are all 10 stickers currently obtainable with the store troubles? Or is 1 hidden in an area we cannot purchase yet? I'm at 9/10 stickers. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #8 L.Lawliet, Feb 1, 2017 Yeah I noticed my device gets really hot while playing. I guess it wasn't just me. Hopefully that can be addressed. I got 10/10 stickers. You just have to keep looking everywhere. The store is fixed right now I believe. Btw dev, any iCloud saving to keep the progress? James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #9 James Kay, Feb 1, 2017 Performance, including battery usage, is something we'll need to tinker on for a few updates yet. We found the story mode does seem to eat up power quicker (due to the graphical load of the scenes) Not yet, no, sorry! James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #10 James Kay, Feb 1, 2017 We made very sure you didn't need to make ANY purchases to find the 10 stickers! The base game has them all but some are a real pain to find! Keep looking! mr_bez Well-Known Member Dec 20, 2012 2,053 3 38 #11 mr_bez, Feb 1, 2017 I am not impressed with the use of O and X buttons on the reset all puzzles popup! Thankfully, many years of owning a PlayStation has taught me that X is Enter and O is back. Nope. Bye bye, 30 completed puzzles. I only went in there to look for stickers! On the plus side, the Shop is definitely working now and prices seem reasonable. Andy C83 Well-Known Member Oct 20, 2010 3,630 25 48 Over the Rainbow #12 Andy C83, Feb 1, 2017 Ouch! I really enjoyed the first Piczle Lines game on my old iPod Touch (may she rest in pieces) and this seems an excellent follow up. 12/20 puzzles of Chapter 1 completed. I see the update is available, I haven't downloaded it yet but was able to purchase the Story Bundle with no problems. 8/10 stickers found. Cheers! James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #13 James Kay, Feb 2, 2017 Oh no! Sorry to hear that! In a future update we may change that to a tick and a red cross or some other way to make it more clear. James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #14 James Kay, Feb 2, 2017 The update was to handle the IAPs but, in the end, might not be required. Anyway, don't worry about it. Get the update when it suits you, it shan't clear your progress or anything. SPM21Bucky Well-Known Member Apr 13, 2013 50 1 8 Male #15 SPM21Bucky, Feb 2, 2017 I've been really enjoying the puzzles, but I have noticed it draining the battery on my iPad Air2, too. I've played other apps that have a similar gameplay, this one is really well done. The only drawback for me is the music. I usually let the in app music play when playing games, I've been tempted to turn this music off. It seems to be a very short song that loops over and over again. I think it would be better if it was a longer track, or maybe if two or three tracks alternated. Still, it's a very fun game, finished the first part of the story and half of the sports puzzles, really enjoying it, even though I was on a short leash as my iPad as charging most of the time I played. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,000 113 #16 ste86uk, Feb 2, 2017 I don't really like puzzles but this game does sound interesting I might have to give it a try James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #17 James Kay, Feb 2, 2017 This was a difficult choice for us. The overall consensus was that we would all turn off background music. It's a relaxing puzzle game, you kind of want to switch off and focus on the puzzle. But we can't just not have music. So we added background music, kind of thinking people would turn it off first thing anyway. It's a tough design decision. We'll probably revisit it in a future update. Maybe lower the volume drastically or, as you suggest, making it a longer loop. James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #18 James Kay, Feb 2, 2017 Thanks! Let us know what you think! I wonder if, as someone who usually doesn't like puzzle games, it somehow speaks to you regardless. mr_bez Well-Known Member Dec 20, 2012 2,053 3 38 #19 mr_bez, Feb 2, 2017 Finally found all 10 stickers. James Kay Well-Known Member Oct 23, 2009 141 0 16 http://score-studios.jp/ #20 James Kay, Feb 2, 2017 Haha, I assure you this is not the case! A couple of them are really well hidden though, to the point even we have to reference our design documents occasionally. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
