Easily the best idle game I've played so far. Surprising amount of depth and character for what looks like a simple incremental game Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #3 Fudds, Jan 31, 2017 Thank you kind sir. I remember having a week off where I was on a fishing trip with the family, you can imagine there's a lot of downtime. I used that week to add as many easter eggs, interesting comments and little side events to give the game some personality. Happy you're enjoying the game! MityZepellin Member Jan 31, 2017 21 0 0 #4 MityZepellin, Jan 31, 2017 Been looking for a good idle game, I remember seeing this game for Android. Didn't realize it was out for iOS Jayg2015 Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2015 3,734 41 48 Male Player 1 Liberty city #5 Jayg2015, Jan 31, 2017 This def has a lot of depth to it. Not your average clicker game. I'll be playing this for awhile Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #6 Fudds, Jan 31, 2017 Glad you're liking it. I see you've done quite a bit of game reviews. Would love to hear your opinion after you've gotten further into the game, could always use more feedback. Hope you enjoy it! Jayg2015 Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2015 3,734 41 48 Male Player 1 Liberty city #7 Jayg2015, Jan 31, 2017 Absolutely , I'm really getting into this one. I've added you to my thread for Play Worthy Clicker Games here http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?p=3542680#post3542680 It's hard to find a good list of clicker games that are worth your time so I've been posting for past couple years ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 1,003 113 #8 ste86uk, Jan 31, 2017 Honestly I like idle passive games with rpg elements and strategy/tycoon. I really don't find fun in clicker games to me this isn't so much a clicker just more of an idle management game. I like it so far anyway and I'll try it out more. Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #9 Fudds, Feb 1, 2017 You've compiled a nice list! I've played a very large number of those. I don't suppose you've ever seen the subreddit /r/incremental_games have you? It's a small group of people who like incremental games, I'm always finding great games and inspiration there HaraKiri82 Active Member Jan 30, 2017 30 0 0 #10 HaraKiri82, Feb 1, 2017 Yes, that's where I saw your game a long while back when you were still working on it. I really like the fact that the game requires no internet connection, unlike others like Adventure Capitalist. I was able to play it on my plane ride yesterday Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #11 Fudds, Feb 1, 2017 Yes, I wanted to make sure you can play the game with no internet at all. All I can think of was the frustration of getting on a plane ride and realizing only one of the games on my phone was even playable without wifi. Games will implement a required connection to prevent cheating, but since my game is single player only, I don't see that being much of a problem. I have some... Funny safeguards in to prevent cheating, but nothing outlandish. Beth Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze Jan 29, 2014 126 8 18 Professional do-nothing'er Eastern usa #12 Beth, Feb 1, 2017 This game is really something special! I enjoy these idle type games a lot, but usually they are all so similar it's almost formulaic. However this game really implemented some new ideas/mechanics that I've never seen before, you can tell a lot of thought and creativity went into this. It's really a brilliant mesh of genres ...a bit of an idle,clicker,tycoon/stimulation all the best bits of each with a whole new spin. I especially love how the Animals populate based on a birth/death rate % ...I've never seen this before, it's really a genius idea and part of what makes this so special I too appreciate being able to play this without an Internet connection, that pretty benifitial especially playing on a non-cellular device. Ads are optional and not invasive or annoying ...these are the type of ads I prefer, optional ads that boost something or provide benefit to both player/dev. I have so much more to discover/unlock hardly scratched the surface and already enjoying so much I encourage those that love to support the game by buying a gem pack &/or watching ads ...good games/devs need support to survive Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #13 Fudds, Feb 2, 2017 Thank you for the kind words, I admit whole heartedly that I did collect a lot of game mechanics from many of my favorite games in the same genre. I hope you enjoy some of the secrets and random goodies I tucked away in the later parts of the game, it's almost sad the small percentage of people that will see some of it! HaraKiri82 Active Member Jan 30, 2017 30 0 0 #14 HaraKiri82, Feb 2, 2017 So question, is there a disadvantage to ending the robomonkey apocalypse? I see that I can potentially end it by buying an improvement, but is there a disadvantage to not ending it since they provide more income? MityZepellin Member Jan 31, 2017 21 0 0 #15 MityZepellin, Feb 2, 2017 Robomonkey.... Apocalypse? Are we playing different game, or does this one take an odd turn later Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #16 Fudds, Feb 2, 2017 There's a few other game changing events that can occur. I have to leave it up to you whether you think it's worth potentially ending the robomonkey apocalypse though MityZepellin Member Jan 31, 2017 21 0 0 #17 MityZepellin, Feb 3, 2017 Does picking one food over another for the restaurant have any crazy effect? Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #18 Fudds, Feb 3, 2017 Honestly? No, that one doesn't. It just changes the icon for the upgrades to what you pick. I had planned on it having a larger effect but never ended up getting to it MityZepellin Member Jan 31, 2017 21 0 0 #19 MityZepellin, Feb 3, 2017 I actually kind of like the fact that when you make these little decisions they sometimes have nothing but a visual effect, and other times it changes something far down the road. Nice touch Fudds Well-Known Member Jan 30, 2017 46 0 6 #20 Fudds, Feb 3, 2017 Ya, I don't want people to feel like they've missed out on a large portion of the game if they chose one things over the other. A lot of the effects of your decisions won't effect the gameplay much, but will typically cause different dialogue and such (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
