The game locked up my device and after rebooting the iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 7 my hospital lost the majority of the land, the machines, the decorations, and the boosters as well. I had put many hours into it, and some money through in app purchases. So I want to warn people who may be considering spending money for in app purchases. It is not a good feeling to lose everything and not be able to recover it. So think twice. I have been in contact with the developers and they promised compensation but did not follow through with it. But as of yet nothing has been repaired, recovered, or compensated. Playing under the hospital KennedyHealth, the game suddenly purchased a property expansion near the river. I did not want or authorize this purchase and need it removed. I really dont care about receiving credit back I just want it gone as I really liked my layout and dont want to restart the game since Im a lvl 58.
