Everybody can register an US store account. - Start iTunes. - Log out from your regular account (if you are logged in) by clicking the account name on the top right corner and then the log out button. - Change the store in the bottom right corner of the page to US by clicking on the country flag. - Click the free app to download on the main site as asked in the yellow text at the top of the page (otherwise the "NONE" option won't appear under "payment"!). - In the login pop up window click the "create new account" button and follow the instructions. - You have to register a new email address for this account! - You will need a real US state, city and zip code (find one on the net). - For payment option choose "NONE" (appears only, if you download a free app or redeem a promo code!). - Finish the process.
