      I can only hope you aren't as silly as this question sounds. You know all stuff comes from iTunes unless you want to pull some piracy crap which YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW isn't condoned here. :confused:

      No I read a couple weeks back on TA that they downloaded it free and I servhed and couldn't find it

      It's $10 for an OS... its a no brainer to just buy it.

      no. the only legal way on the ipod touch for us mere mortals is to pay via itunes.
