      I heard that (don't quote me though) that beta testers can get 3.0 from the developers. Is that true?

      Well, I guess that is legal if the dev says you are one of there devs, but I personally wouldn't take the chance. Better safe than sorry...

      Yea, but shouldn't there be a way aroud without the devs giving out there pass etc.... (Legal not a leaked version)

      I believe there are provisions for beta testers, but it all takes place under the developer's account.

      Also, in doing so you'd be bound to the same NDA as the developer which is a pretty massive risk for them to take especially if said developer depends on App Store sales for any kind of income.

      Yes you can. I have done it over and over. It works fine, just be on a Dev's list.

      Find a developer that trusts you with the legal agreements they've made with Apple.
