I was looking forward to this game but underwhelmed by the pics provided by the dev. Also, when I went to the dev home site, no vid was forthcoming. Still not entirely sure how the tokens work. They also have the physical game Clank, which looks really cool and will hopefully get a digital version. mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #11 mzinn, Nov 3, 2016 Last edited: Nov 3, 2016 You exchange 2 tokens & 1 lantern for a lantern color of your choice to help you get a better hand. I.e. If you have all the lantern colors except a white. You could swap tokens & a lantern for a white lantern & make the seven unique dedication. Obviously same idea for four of a kind & three pair dedications. Get rid of a lantern color you don't currently need in order to take the color you do need so that you can get the highest point dedication. currymutton Well-Known Member Oct 16, 2008 4,430 1 0 #12 currymutton, Nov 3, 2016 Last edited: Nov 3, 2016 Thanks, but what about the one of 鍾 ? mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #13 mzinn, Nov 3, 2016 Is that just another token? Tinsel Well-Known Member Dec 8, 2008 508 5 18 #15 Tinsel, Nov 4, 2016 I am definitely interested in Clank, and don't forget Cardcraft! Also (hoping a dev sees this), is there a reason we can't use our Eternal accounts for Lanterns as well? Both are self published, correct? I understand why ESL has to be separate as it uses our Bethesda/Zenimax accounts, but why separate Eternal and Lanterns accounts? dalbertson Well-Known Member Jan 25, 2011 485 2 18 #16 dalbertson, Nov 4, 2016 This is pretty timely; Wil Wheaton plays Lanterns on Tabletop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOvWFe6k0f4 djstout Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2011 2,685 105 63 Sportscaster & football (soccer) coach Taiwan & Japan #17 djstout, Jan 14, 2017 Is this a must have? One interesting unique mechanic is that no matter your move, you're always giving some resources to the other players. A big part of the game is somehow balancing what resources you gather with what you'll essentially be giving away to each of the other players. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
