The controls are spot on. Let's get to the nitty gritty. While I prefer premium games and hate energy systems this game has done the free to play right. For $5.99 which is a fair price you unlock a premium helicopter, get cash, no more forced ads, and have unlimited permanent fuel(energy). So for one price the game indeed becomes mainly a premium experience. The training level gives you a taste of what the game is about. I really love the art style and the combat. It plays similar to that old arcade game we all know about and love. I'm going to play a bit more but I most likely will be purchasing the the $5.99 deal. I'll report back later this evening as I have a bunch of dr's appointments. So after I've played and purchased the deal and gotten an hour of playtime in I'll report back with complete impressions and some recommendations. I really really really love the on screen control scheme of this game. Whoever designed them really thought them out well. I wouldn't change anything. They really are perfect. It was one of the games i want to finished. It makes a lot of fun. After i bought the 5,99 iap i never get frustrated and sometimes i felt a special flow, when i flight throuw the caves. I've made it to level 5 I just bought the $5.99 deal and it is worth it. There is a shit ton of IAP in this game. They DID give the option to watch ads at every step to make it accessible to everyone. But man alive the IAP is everywhere. The game really is fun. I'm still unlocking weapon systems and all of that. Having the unlimited energy and servicing and no forced ads really makes the game premium. What I wish invictus did though was give us a choice between having a Hind or an Apache type of chopper for the premium. I hate flying a Russian chopper. Hehe. Even if it is a damn good one. The levels do get more intricate and let me tell you the AI is no slouch. They will kick your ass. You need to maneuver. The controls really do shine. I want to play some more before doing a complete review. I don't know if the game needs a currency doubler IAP yet. I haven't unlocked enough weapon systems yet. You also can watch opt in ads to double earnings at the end of every level. If you play t first few levels and like it I would definitely say go for the special. In the end it's the best way to go. You get the best chopper, cash, free servicing and checkpoints, and no pop up ads. So in one level there's an enemy convoy you fly to that comes towards you where you swipe up and take them out. It's like a 3D effect. The next you have to take supplies by hooking them and taking them to your troops. The weight has an effect on your chopper and when you are being fired at its not easy to evade and attack. This is fantastic. I'm liking this game more and more that I play it. Also I was looking in options. The game has full iCloud manual save support. I saved my game to the cloud I really love invictus. The Hind helicopter really does kick ass. The amount of firepower it carries is great. I also just unlocked the chin Gatling gun. So I have multiple wing mounted gun pods and the chin mounted Gatling.
