Some things to note: It isn't full first person movement - there are a few fixed spots around the world you can walk to and look around. Imagine the 'tracks' of the Hitman Go or Lara Croft Go games, but from a first person perspective. You can of course look around freely at each 'position' with 360 degree view. This movement is okay but I was expecting full exploration like in the XON games. It appears it's possible to get into 'fail states' in this game. I got into one, it let me know that I failed and it restarted. I gained some information from the fail state but it doesn't seem to be useful for what I thought it would be useful for. It's a bit of a strange enigma, this game. According to the screenshots I've barely scratched the surface but I'm at a loss of what to do. Fellow TAers, should we puzzle this one out together? This dev's other games are similarly odd little things. Intuon is very strange and I haven't really gotten a deeper meaning from it. The other game by this dev (I forgot the name) I actually quite enjoyed although it was fairly impenetrable and I gave up early on anyway. It feels a tiny bit rough around the edges but I'm willing to give this a go and see how it opens up as I'm still very intrigued by it (despite dodgy translation, kind of odd controls etc). Here's my progress so far in this: Spoiler I activated the elevator by finding buttons around the place and looking for things that unlocked. In the elevator there is a puzzle and I must have done too many wrong guesses as the elevator took me to a room which was apparently a 'trap'. I assume the piece of paper with the comment 'it's a map' is the clue for the elevator puzzle but honestly I'm not sure. If you fail the puzzle you'll get sent down to the trap, get a number for a meal order (??? I thought this would be a password for the number pad upstairs but apparently I can't retain that information or it just doesn't apply there), and the game will restart. pmsquillace New Member Aug 28, 2011 1 0 0 #3 pmsquillace, Oct 11, 2016 1st floor to the 2nd I'm guessing? So here is how I got out of the first floor: Spoiler When you start out, you will see these round buttons in the middle of a square plate...almost like an old switch. There are three, one in the bookcase thing from where you started, one across from the boarded up elevator and one on the right wall of where the trash chute is. When you press all three it will say "something happened". Across from the room with the trash chute is a box on the wall, open it and you'll find a key. Take the key to the first door you came across and open that door. There is a board or paper with 6 dots and a line down the middle. Remember that pattern or at least try to remember that line. On the opposite side of that wall is a switch. Throw the switch and you'll get a message that "it's working". Go to the elevator and press the button when the doors open go inside. There will be a panel with 9 red buttons that light up when you press them. Remember that paper? Well the line went down the middle so that is what I did. The doors closed and now I'm in a room with a brick wall in front of me. Not sure how to get out yet but if I figure it out I will post here. Am actually enjoying it now, but was frustrated for a while until I figured out how the game thinks. Down side to me recording the first time I play is you get to witness my frustration. But I'm actually liking it more than it sounds like I do. I just usually figure this stuff out on my own before recording and people don't see the initial frustration. I don't like it anymore. It got ridiculously hard to find what to do next. Currently trapped on a train and only one door opens, and the item I need is too hard to find. Really disappointed, but it's just making me dizzy going back and forth on the train trying to find something that's too well-hidden. Does this devolve into an item hunt? If so I don't really think I have the time to invest in this.
