In a world where “individuality” is destroyed, the only surviving life form are GUNTAI: the swarming body. Storming through cycles of death and resurgence, GUNTAI speeds forward on the vast wastelands. 1. New Interactive Experience of driving the Swarming Body You will be guiding a swarming body called GUNTAI, a flock made of as many as 500 birds. Enjoy the dynamic sensation of precisely simulated swarm behavior by driving GUNTAI to fly through the field. A single mistake can kill over 100 birds, while many more might join in the next moment. Through cycles of death and resurgence, GUNTAI pushes forward with incredible speed. 2. Simple and Profound Game Element The rules of the game are simple. The goal is to drive GUNTAI as far as possible within a given timeframe. The speed and size of the swarming body increase as you pick up other birds resting on the ground. The larger the flock, the faster and farther it can travel. You can tighten the flock formation and increase speed by tapping the screen to activate the booster item. The timing to use this item can greatly influence your performance. 3. Infinite Space and Music That Continually Evolve in Real Time The space and obstacles through which GUNTAI travels are generated dynamically in infinite variations, renewing the sense of thrill and excitement in each session. The mood is further amplified by real time generated music that responds to the formation of the flock. Wear headphones and raise volume for the most thrilling experience! Haven't had a chance to play it yet. I'm a bit behind here. I hate to use this word since people frequently abuse it to describe games they just don't like, and yet... it really is close to unplayable, IMO. There's no point of reference for where the flock actually is, for starters - if you're controlling a car or a bike or whatever you can see what your inputs are affecting straight away and you instinctively understand how to control it, but there's nothing like that here. Plus it basically feels as if... how do I put this? As if the calibration isn't working, I guess. I tilt my device, I turn in one direction, I'm not turning fast enough - I tilt it more, and that doesn't seem to make any real difference. I can see that tilting is doing something, but it doesn't seem to properly tie in to what's happening on screen, so I just feel ill very quickly. It might be something to do with the first point, or it might be another problem altogether (although yes, my device is absolutely fine.) Refund requested as soon as it's charged my card - shame, it's a neat idea for a simple puzzler, but I can't stick with this and I'm not trusting a no-name developer to "fix" it any time soon. Was thinking of picking this up after I get through the games I'm currently playing, but I can't stand tilt (even if they're done well). EDIT: For a little context, I don't mind tilt - it's not my preferred control method but I can appreciate when it's done well, or at least better than the competition. The Sky Gamblers games always seemed like they had decent tilt controls to me, for example, even if I never actually used them much. This felt so far away from that I just couldn't stand it. yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #11 yankeeblue000, Oct 4, 2016 I think the Tilt to Live games, Pizza vs Skeletons, and Parashoot Stan were really well done They're really fun tilt control games coolpepper43 ð® Spam Police ð Aug 31, 2012 4,615 7 38 On the toilet #12 coolpepper43, Nov 21, 2016 An update is out. Did it improve the game enough for a great recommendation? bigrand1 Well-Known Member Apr 23, 2010 4,968 7 38 Geriatric Party Animal California, USA #13 bigrand1, Nov 21, 2016 That's what I'm wondering, because this game's controls were REALLY bad! Deleted it after one play. Just a broken, unplayable game! Was disappointed. If this is fixed, perhaps I'll pick it up again, as if it's done well, it could be cool!
