Pretty excited to get this one underway. JohnnyClash Well-Known Member Mar 11, 2016 611 1 0 #3 JohnnyClash, Sep 21, 2016 I've not played any of the eariler games buy this dev yet. I am thinking about picking this one up, but, in regard to their earlier releases, do any of those stand out as a "must have"? On a side note, I noticed that the list of recommended device's begin at the Mini 4.. I am finally starting to see my Mini 2 getting hit hard, in the hardware dept, on a few recent releases this last month or so - I thought it might take another year or so, but its happening now. mzinn Well-Known Member Jan 5, 2014 770 0 16 #4 mzinn, Sep 21, 2016 I really enjoyed The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, Walking Dead: The Game & WDTG Season 2. Those to me were the best. Some of the others were pretty good but those are my top 4. chronosz Well-Known Member May 24, 2016 140 0 0 #5 chronosz, Sep 21, 2016 Yeah tales from the borderlands was incredibly fun with a great story and lots of twists and turns Dankrio Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Jun 3, 2014 1,740 13 38 #6 Dankrio, Sep 21, 2016 I love all games from them after The Walking Dead. chronosz Well-Known Member May 24, 2016 140 0 0 #7 chronosz, Sep 21, 2016 Only played tales and bought batman. Gonna play it tomorrow. Rawk GWJ Well-Known Member Feb 9, 2014 335 0 16 #8 Rawk GWJ, Sep 21, 2016 I've played most of the Tell Tale games, and so far this one is my favorite. I'm playing it on Xbox. I feel like they're doing a great job with the Batman story tropes. And the story telling is superb. There's no way to go into detail without spoiling the story, but I feel that long time Batman fans will be entertained. Even though they are revisiting some very played out Batman tropes, it feels fresh and interesting. italodance Well-Known Member Aug 19, 2009 1,527 0 36 electrical Tehran-Iran #9 italodance, Sep 21, 2016 Last edited: Sep 21, 2016 Any video? Don't all the listed devices come pre-installed with a minimum of iOS 9? redribbon Well-Known Member Jun 11, 2010 2,799 53 48 entepreanur, programmer #12 redribbon, Sep 21, 2016 finally and this time they bring real time shadow and volumetric lighting effect back to the series(if anyone care about it ). i think this has something to do with their rebuilt engine. though some texture need to be sacrifice though but im okay with it. it still looks quite nice on my iPhone. this time the controls, swipe, tap, multi tap feels more responsive. everything works just fine and i havent found any bug, yet. i hope it wouldn't take too long for them to bring out the already release episode 2 to iOS. jacquesy New Member May 13, 2016 2 0 0 #13 jacquesy, Sep 21, 2016 Tales From The Borderlands was fantastic! I ask this, because due to a genetic degenerated neuro-muscular condition I have, my hand-eye coordination, has gone downhill considerably. Really, my reflexes and problems at times with my fingers, make it damn hard, if not impossible now to successfully do QTEs pretty much every time I've come across them in games the last few years or so making it VERY frustrating. Of all TT titles, Batmanefinitely looks to be the most promising. But, I don't want to grab it, yet, before I know if will be even able to play it JindoFox Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2008 526 11 18 #18 JindoFox, Sep 21, 2016 I've only done a bit of the first chapter, but so far, it doesn't seem overly dependent on "twitch" responses. There are prompts to swipe this way or touch that way, but nothing requiring split second timing as far as I've seen. I'm not sure if the touch screen would be easier or more difficult for you than using a game controller on Xbox or Playstation, I guess it depends on your dexterity. I was playing in bed on my little iPhone and didn't have a problem with the tap targets. There's no accessibility mode or story mode, which seems like an oversight, since this kind of game doesn't have all that much interaction aside from the decisions you make. I guess you could try the first $5 episode. You could probably get a refund from Apple if it's not a good fit for your abilities. Or you could watch one of the many play-throughs on YouTube.
