Also each artist has more skill in a particular area so you need to try and have them do the project to earn bonuses for speed. Enter contests against other companies to earn titles and money. Build up your studios to improve your works. Build a two person bed to rest more artists faster , build supply tables to get supplies faster, hire lists of artists to switch them out with tired artists, ect. Awesome artist simulator . The tutorial will be skipped once you start a new game, no buy/recruit buttons could be a very rare bug, it would be nice if you have a screenshot, try shut the game in background and restart your phone, if it doesn't work try reinstall it.
