I made an alternative Facebook page just for gaming and syncing with iCloud The lack of Game Center achievements in 3 star level type games is a shame. Will probably delete it. Others should give it a try due to polish and controls. I agree, Game Center is definitely my preference. My thinking is that they figure that's the best way to market the game to the masses, and I've heard it's easier to sync thru Facebook. After all the beta's like a year ago. I hated not being able to play this on iOS for so long. Now to see how they implemented energy and IAP's. Mr. Charley Well-Known Member Sep 6, 2008 2,628 38 38 #6 Mr. Charley, Jul 28, 2016 No energy and a coin doubler...so far I'm pleasantly impressed. There is the other currency of diamonds for more "premium" stuff and still unsure if will be a barrier for for just the few levels I've played, I'm certainly going to dig deeper. This seems like a game worth checking out (and yes, have your fake/gaming FB profile handy!) I noticed all the goods once I started. Happy to see it linked to my old beta profile too but none of my scores carried over. No big deal though. I bought the Coin Doubler and the $4.99 Special Pack. This is a great game for sure. Opening chests has that "new toys" feeling that very few F2P styled games have. Hopefully it will do well enough to receive updates live as often as the beta builds did. chief78 Well-Known Member Jul 24, 2012 2,317 7 38 #10 chief78, Jul 28, 2016 It's probably a combo of that and the dreaded Gamecenter bug (which still plagues my phone). xzamplezz Well-Known Member Jan 3, 2012 190 0 16 #11 xzamplezz, Jul 28, 2016 All the timers and micro transactions quickly ruined this game for me. And the gameplay itself is simple to a fault, in my opinion. I won every race I did, and it was because I had better upgrades. Didn't feel like skill whatsoever. If you don't mind freemium nightmares, and prefer a game that pretty much plays itself; you may enjoy this. traplightgames Well-Known Member Oct 28, 2009 71 0 0 Game developer Tampere, Finland http://www.traplightgames.com #12 traplightgames, Jul 28, 2016 Hi rezn! Thank you for sticking with us since beta, we really appreciate it. We are sorry the old scores and stuff couldn't be carried over to the latest version :/ There were so many changes and iterations in between, so it would have been impossible. Could you please send us a message via the in-game support chat (found from Settings), so we can see if there is anything else we could do for you Thanks everyone for your nice comments. We really appreciate all the feedback. It has been super helpful since beta, and we will definitely keep improving as we go. -Veera rezn Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Mar 8, 2014 862 6 18 Male Coder/Keyer in medical ICD 10 Reno, NV #13 rezn, Jul 28, 2016 Veera, Absolulety. Thanks for your input It's true that in the beginning it's quite easy to win your opponents if you have even moderate skills (as all of your opponents are also beginners, and still learning how to drive), but it does get a lot trickier once you get more trophies reach higher Leagues where the more advanced guys and gals compete! Did you already unlock the bike? It's even more skill based vehicle than the car, and the competition in the Dirtbike races can be brutal We'd love to hear more feedback from you in case you decide to play the game a bit further. Cheers! -Veera JohnnyClash Well-Known Member Mar 11, 2016 611 1 0 #15 JohnnyClash, Jul 28, 2016 That was a very pc way of saying that xzamplezz was talking out of his butt.. JohnnyClash Well-Known Member Mar 11, 2016 611 1 0 #17 JohnnyClash, Jul 28, 2016 Last edited: Jul 28, 2016 I really like the game.. and I put 8.00 dollars into it (starter pack, and coin doubler).. But like you said.. It is a game to play in somewhat short bursts, and them come back to once the chests open.. I may have gotten carried away with my 2 iaps.. I don't completely regret it, but looking back, I may not have given them my money if I had more fully understood the mechanics of having to wait on chests.. Oh well... It will have some long term playability.. I just will not be able to rise on the leader boards very quickly, unless I keep spending gems for chests to unlock, which i will not do.. So.. No huge complaints.. Just a tab bit let down by my own quick finger to tap the iap buttons.. I do still recommend the game though, and it would be perfectly fine to play as a FTP game and not put a CENT into it, if you just want to have some fun.. One of the most awesome aspects, is that most of these levels are user created.. I really enjoy running the side missions to try new levels that pay out gem shards.. I also love being able to rate the levels and see how other users have rated them.. The 'follow' feature is rad, as well.. cause then you can go back and see what those users have created and run their levels any time.. All in all, this game still packs a big punch, and I am happy to have supported it.. We had Game Center in, but for many reasons we now prefer Facebook connection. 1. You are automatically connected to your FB friends who have the game 2. Facebook is cross-platform whereas GC is not (Your progress also carries from iOS to Android and vice versa if you choose to swap camp) 3. The dreaded GC bug. Hopefully you understand, it's all done to service Players. JohnnyClash - you can still win Races and rise on the Leaderboards while waiting for the chests. And you said it - we've been trying to steer gameplay towards long term playability rather than burning people out quickly. We want this game to live long and grow. And thank you all for the kind words - after our very, VERY long and strenuous development process it is just the best thing to hear that you guys appreciate it! We'll be hanging around here listening and commenting, so keep the critique and cheers coming!
