It's a rouge lite post apocalyptic car driving sim. It's like Spyhunter, Mad Max, and randomization had a baby. If this had loot drops I would be crapping myself. metalcasket Moderator Staff Member Patreon Silver Patreon Gold Patreon Bronze May 24, 2010 11,065 1,342 113 Deepest Circle, Hel #7 metalcasket, Jul 8, 2016 It really is quite good, isn't it. I was assuming it was yet another Earn to Die-type game, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it does indeed include permadeath, a really brutal difficulty and that awesome "one more try" factor. Highly recommended. physicalpariah Well-Known Member Jul 8, 2016 323 156 43 Indie Game Developer http://anchoritegames.com #8 physicalpariah, Jul 8, 2016 Hola Hola everyone! I'm Matt, the dev for Unstoppable. Really happy to hear you're enjoying the game. If you've got any questions or issues, let me know and I'll be more than happy to help out! jsrco, what exactly did you mean by loot drops? Like in game upgrades that drop on the road? Keep explodin' stuff - Matt. rIcHrAnDoM Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Nov 17, 2008 7,936 30 38 Steelworker/Welder Indiana, USA #9 rIcHrAnDoM, Jul 8, 2016 Yep, agree with ya. The difficulty paths are nice and the overall atmosphere/environment of a post-apocalyptic road run is spot on! jsrco Well-Known Member Patreon Silver Oct 15, 2009 2,134 1 38 Coordinator Seattle https://www.Fatthunder.com #10 jsrco, Jul 8, 2016 Yes, and I apologize if they are there and I just didn't see any. I keep trying the hardest route and getting killed a few runs in. physicalpariah Well-Known Member Jul 8, 2016 323 156 43 Indie Game Developer http://anchoritegames.com #11 physicalpariah, Jul 8, 2016 Hardest routes = most destruction. Good choice! No need to apologise, they're not in the game. I'd prototyped a couple loot drop systems a while back and they didn't quite fit with the high velocity vehicle mayhem (kinda distracted from destroying things haha) Though that's got me thinking of some ways I could make it work. Maybe in an update soon? somedumbgamer Well-Known Member May 4, 2013 709 0 0 #12 somedumbgamer, Jul 8, 2016 This looks pretty cool. I saw someone say it was a permadeath. So weapons and set ups before you play are temporary? Or do you unlock weapons you can choose everytime? You lose all upgrades? The video definitely looks like fun. If you die, it starts over. As you make it further, you get more options for upgrades. Having a permenant upgrade unlock would make the game boring. esty8nine Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2013 1,044 0 0 #19 esty8nine, Jul 9, 2016 Is there different strats and mechanics that go into it or like just put on your best stuff and go ?
