You can ask me anything about it and also post suggestions and ideas. A gameplay demo sounds like a great idea. It's late at night now in Germany. But I will record some sample rounds tomorrow. USA #5 Gamer1st, Jul 8, 2016 Thanks! geeky.gent Member Jul 8, 2016 9 0 0 #6 geeky.gent, Jul 8, 2016 Target Mode Demo You are very welcome! So I have recorded some demo gameplay from the two modes with different disc types. The first demo is going to be for Target mode, where you are supposed to hit a target while constantly faced with new appearing obstacles. You have to think around the corner quite literally. You can see how 6 different disc types are used over the course of two rounds to make my way into the target-zone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kt1FTrPnFyo I published 3 updates this week. (1.3 is currently awaiting review by Apple) Each update tackled specific problems users had with *SNIP*. I am carefully listening to the feedback I'm receiving. Most users don't bother switching on the Game Center. (Which I can totally understand, because it is horrible...) Yet I would be interested to finally get some challenges on the leaderboards. vectorarchitekt Well-Known Member Dec 29, 2013 2,489 177 63 #9 vectorarchitekt, Jul 9, 2016 I am definitely going to buy this as soon as I close on my townhouse and have money again # geeky.gent Member Jul 8, 2016 9 0 0 #10 geeky.gent, Jul 9, 2016 Thanks! I forgot about July 4th, released on a weekend 3 days before Pokemon GO. So basically 0 press reviews up to now outside of Germany. It would mean a lot if you shared the word about it, IF you like it of course. If you are German, here is a review: http://www.appgefahren.de/snip-neues-indie-geschicklichkeits-spiel-eines-deutschen-entwicklers-174059.html Also going to upload a Play-Demo similar to the Target mode video later today. Got a bit delayed. Sorry for that. Edit Regarding the "Awesome Button": I noticed my beta testers were changing the options just to read new quotes at the bottom... That's how I came up with the idea for a button doing nothing. esty8nine Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2013 1,044 0 0 #15 esty8nine, Jul 10, 2016 I gotta stay in still unclear how I'm getting stars to unlock disks or how to really play the 2nd game mode geeky.gent Member Jul 8, 2016 9 0 0 #16 geeky.gent, Jul 10, 2016 You gain unlocks by accomplishing achievements. - It's a good point. I will add a description. I am currently reworking the Holi-Tutorial. It is more of a strategy based mode, than Target. You have to think and plan ahead. Once understood I believe it is a very challenging and beautiful mode. Here is a description and the game play demo for Holi Mode: https://youtu.be/sDKPdKsamM8 You play in rounds. Each rounds provides you with 3 snips. You win a round if you manage to remove all but one colors (or all colors) from the screen. In the background are several stripes with the colors you need to hit. Once all colors of one kind are gone, the blocks are removed also. You can remove multiple stripes if you perform a color combo. Hitting the screen edge will insert a "joker" into your queue. esty8nine Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2013 1,044 0 0 #17 esty8nine, Jul 10, 2016 DaMN your good with ninja ! I have sunk a lot of time into this game - so I better be good at it. Edit: So I added a hint which instead of displaying a "0" says, that you should gain achievements to unlock discs. It will be implemented in Version 1.5. 1.4 is currently awaiting review by Apple. esty8nine Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2013 1,044 0 0 #19 esty8nine, Jul 10, 2016 Keep up the great work geeky.gent Member Jul 8, 2016 9 0 0 #20 geeky.gent, Jul 10, 2016 I will.
