"Strategy snack" is a marvellous description. I like the features I've seen so far: Upgrading needs to be done efficiently, as does the hiring and placement of managers. Great that it doesn't need permanent connection to the dreaded internet, and 'free' is an excellent price point. Ironically the only problem experienced is with the advertising; keeps crashing halfway through 'Mobile Strike' but I can live without that, and I presume that's an issue with a third party provider.
