But I designed levels so that it's not easy to run out of energy. 3) you can buy additional moves/time at the end of level if failed. I remember you from your fish-game as a very responsive and caring dev. This will make what I am about to write to you a little bit hard but I am sure you will improve on my criticisms! First of the game behaves very weirdly on my ipad: It cuts off part of the interface if in landscape mode, which leads me to believe, that there was NO testing done what so ever, which is highly disappointing. I also feel like the graphics for a match three game in a super competitive environment are mostly ok, but other games have very crisp and sharp graphics, a much smoother feel of the gameplay and stuff like that (look at the top grossing match 3 games, and you will know what I mean); basically I feel like a lot of polish and quality is missing (at least from my first impressions). This game is super hard, also. I failed the first level twice! There is no tutorial whatsoever which makes it hard to guess what different combinations of gems do. I failed the second level for a bit, too and I am nowhere near three stars in both of those. It feels like the power ups are a necessity to progress higher and get more stars and that in turn means that the IAPs are quite in your face, even if they are not. These are just my first impressions after the first 2 levels but I have already uninstalled the game. If the beginning is so unbalanced, the interface is not tested and polished at all and I can find much more polished games, visually and balance wise I see no point in playing any further. Again, sorry for breaking it to you in this harsh way, but I have the game wishlisted for now and I may revisit it after some substantial changes. Good luck! Thank you for your feedback and of course reporting the issues! There was testing indeed but somehow I was sure that disabling orientation change in Unity will prevent app to ever go into landscape more. However as it turns out not the case here. I will fix this asap. As for the graphics I wanted to get pixelated look for all the interactive elements, but some of those got blurred a bit by scaling. I'll see what I can do to make all of the elements be more crisp. However if you are saying that the whole style sucks then it will be hard to change ^^' Honestly I've spent countless hours just to make main match three items as different in terms of both shape and colours as possible. So that even colourblind people can play with ease. Anyways, I'll see what I can do about that =) The game is hard. It was intended to be hard, but I agree that probably first couple of levels should be easier. Also there is a brief Info screen which you can access through the options while in the levels map. I'll see if I can add it to the actual game screen as well. Thanks And as for the difficulty in general. After long months here is an update: Removed inter-levels Ads (Ads will be shown only on Players demand to receive boosts, etc) Added 15 new well balanced and fun to solve levels Fixed many many bugs (orientation is fixed as well) Better learning curve for newcomers (game is more forgiving on first levels and there is a better How-to/Tutorial) Numerous fixes and improvements I hope my game now brings more joy and makes somebody happy =) Cheers!
