I love the atmosphere, I love the story, I like the music, controls are fine to me (not the best but far good enough) and I really really love the fact that it looks so much like Ghost in the shell! But you actually don't need to buy it, you get far enough credits in the game, it's for those who want to cheat or go much faster so unless you're very impatient, no need, it's really not necessary. LordShad0wz Well-Known Member Nov 19, 2014 4,280 1 38 #8 LordShad0wz, Jun 23, 2016 I can say I really enjoyed the demo. Now I'm the first one to say I'll purchase items to speed things up if I like the dev and its a permanent purchase but I actually enjoyed this game without speeding anything up. So that says a lot! Really hope this game be as high grade as initial impressions are saying! I'm buying now and will snag an IAP too if story holds up. Looks a little linear for my tastes. Mostly the jumping around and collecting things looks like it may loose my attention too quickly. But I love the Cyberpunk style of the game. Has a bit of a Void & Meddler look to it. I'll check back as it's likely I might just have to buy it to form a true opinion. tandiblue Member Mar 17, 2016 6 2 3 #13 tandiblue, Jun 23, 2016 Anyone know if this supports MFi controllers? lonestarcarper Active Member Nov 27, 2015 25 0 0 #14 lonestarcarper, Jun 23, 2016 Just grabbed it - wow really nice - shocked it hasn't gotten more coverage I hadn't heard about until today lightasammo Active Member Jun 7, 2016 43 0 6 #15 lightasammo, Jun 23, 2016 Played the first 3 levels and so far the game is decent. I'm a fan of action style platform games with elements of RPGs. I wish the controls felt a little less "floaty" when I jump or the game speed was faster. Either one would help the actual feedback of the game a bit. But that's a minor complaint. Production of the game is great. I also noticed when I upgraded my weapon it changed shape but my armor looked the same after upgrade. djstout Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2011 2,685 105 63 Sportscaster & football (soccer) coach Taiwan & Japan #16 djstout, Jun 24, 2016 Totally agree, for me it's game of the week! djstout Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2011 2,685 105 63 Sportscaster & football (soccer) coach Taiwan & Japan #17 djstout, Jun 24, 2016 It's sad to see this game getting a price reduction one day after its launch... It's by far game of the week and even tho I am very happy to have spent money on it I feel a bit sad for those who paid full price while they could have waited a few more hours, please don't make it free next week, it would really be a huge let down for us. But to be honest, I actually think it will end up being free soon. Gurney Halleck Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2012 320 2 18 Telephony and Computer Network Engineering and Mai Salt Lake City, Utah #18 Gurney Halleck, Jun 24, 2016 Agreed! I actually don't mind the slightly floaty feel, considering this game setting takes place inside a virtual world it adds a little to the immersion for me, ymmv of course. I find the action and the light RPG elements are fun, and I enjoy the light strategy elements of different enemy behavior by enemy type. Puzzles are mildly challenging (find access keys/secret areas, etc...) Personally, I love the art style and the near future dystopian cyberpunk setting. I haven't seen any boss fights yet, but with the light story progression and advancing abilities/equipment/weapons upgrades I am feeling like this is a bit of a cross between castlevania and DeusEx. Cyberspace environment reminds me a little of SnowCrash by Neal Stephenson. This is my GOTW pick and the game I have been playing the most this week. Finally pulled me away from Rush Rally 2 and Lost Frontier djstout Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2011 2,685 105 63 Sportscaster & football (soccer) coach Taiwan & Japan #19 djstout, Jun 25, 2016 Reminds me of Ghost in the shell, one of the very best manga ever zigazi Member Jun 24, 2016 17 0 0 #20 zigazi, Jun 25, 2016 Disappointed game!
