You will notice that if you get the upgrade for +15% DPS for all ships, you can see Galactica's DPS go up right then and there, and if you test it in explore mode, you will see you are getting extra coins with the upgraded DPS. So, Passive Skills are always in effect at all times no matter what, but Active Skills are only active in battle and for the currently enlisted ships. I don't know why it does this, everything else in the game works perfectly with no isues whatsoever. Maybe it's the sound that plays whenever a card, blueprint or achievement is collected because the game seems to force close/crash every time that sound is made and the image of the card never shows. Has this happened to anyone else that plays this game? I am using this on an ipad air using version 8 and am afraid to update to version 9 because of people reporting really bad glitches when it comes to playing their games that try to heavily rely on gamecenter for achievement stuff. Patrol Squad Skills - These will now have upgradeable passive skills that increase their income or speed or decrease their cost. New Tech and Blueprints - Tech to decrease your ship size. - Tech to increase enemy ship size. - Tech to increase your ships' rate of fire. - Tech to decrease enemy rate of fire. - Tech to decrease Active Skill timers. - Tech to increase the effects of Passive Skills. - Tech to decrease the number of enemies in a conquer battle. - Tech to decrease the number of LY you are reset after a Prestige (so you can be set back only 5, rather than 10 LY, for example). - Tech to increase the number of shots an Active Skill fires off. - Blueprint to increase the effects of Passive Skills. - Blueprint to decrease the number of enemies in a conquer battle. Asteroid sizes were increased a bit to make them easier to tap. New Achievement for completing certain amounts of side missions. Raised Jackpot! Blueprint to +200% Galactica DPS and HP rather than 100%, to make it more valuable since it is fairly rare to show up.

I don't know what the hell it is but like every update this game has had including today's update I absolutely can not collect blueprints, the game immediately crashes after claiming achievements and every time I try to collect tech cards the game immediately crashes. I don't know why it does this, everything else in the game works perfectly with no isues whatsoever. Maybe it's the sound that plays whenever a card, blueprint or achievement is collected because the game seems to force close/crash every time that sound is made and the image of the card never shows. Has this happened to anyone else that plays this game? I am using this on an ipad air using version 8 and am afraid to update to version 9 because of people reporting really bad glitches when it comes to playing their games that try to heavily rely on gamecenter for achievement stuff.

Also, one of the old bosses attack style changed. - Changed the "Captain" boss battle to work as follows: boss comes in for 10 seconds, then if you don't kill him in time, he retreats and sends in 5 reinforcements, which you must kill all of before the boss comes back in, and then repeats this over and over. - Fixed the LY Prestige requirement to only go up by +1 after each Prestige. This allows you to push as far as you want before Prestiging without facing any repercussions. - New Tech "Loyal Support" - upgrades random Patrol Squad's levels for free immediately after a Prestige to get things off to a quicker start each time. - New Blueprint "Rollover" - same as Loyal Support Tech. - New Blueprint "Hardened Hulls" - increase chance to absorb an enemy missile without taking damage. - New Blueprint "Split Seekers" - increase chance for your missiles to bounce off an enemy and seek towards a different one nearby. - Added a random Tech Card reward (common, uncommon, or rare only) to the video ad reward rotation. - Increased the amount of resources you get for IAPs in the Workshop. - Various minor bug fixes and aesthetic changes.

A quick update, v1.31 was also just released! - New Tech Card "Auxiliary Boost" to increase ally ships' critical hit damage. - New Tech Card "Coordinated" to increase ally ships' critical hit chance. - New Blueprint "Locked On" to increase ally ships' critical hit chance and damage. - Removed the Galactica gun jam on boss levels.
