I like the free action control in TMNT Portal Power, not this type. dwincelowicz Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2015 90 0 0 Security Sarasota, FL #6 dwincelowicz, May 26, 2016 It's not bad. It plays similarly to Marvel Avengers Alliance - It's kind of like, maybe a MAA 1.5, where it's better graphics than the first one but not quite the second. It's pretty grindy, which isn't always bad; however, the instant-battle tickets aren't freely given as often as you'd probably think. Consider this though, it isn't one of those KRPG games where they give you a bunch of stuff for free. IAP works like this: Actual IRL money for card packs. The currency is "greenbacks" but I haven't found a use for them quite yet. Not sure if this unlocks at some point, but there's no actual use for them for card packs just yet, or Idk. I'm pretty sure it's something like "60 energy for 50 greenbacks" which.. is.. meh. andysmash Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 2,067 1 0 #7 andysmash, May 26, 2016 A good indication of the quality of a game is how much text is given to the game play versus how much is given to the monetization and energy systems. The actual gameplay is sort of bland. Variety of characters is lacking, especially if you haven't kept up on the cartoons and everything else. I'm not even sure who "Newtralizer" is, but you get him at the beginning of the game. I'll play it casually, but this game won't ever see a dime from me. Galvaude Active Member Jan 31, 2015 29 0 0 #10 Galvaude, May 26, 2016 There's way too much timers/energy and restrictions. solistus Member May 24, 2012 18 1 3 #11 solistus, May 27, 2016 It's almost impressive to have such a lengthy description in the App Store without any explanation of the actual gameplay. Almost. italodance Well-Known Member Aug 19, 2009 1,527 0 36 electrical Tehran-Iran #12 italodance, May 27, 2016 Game is nice but I'm afraid to pay iAP anymore, I totally hate iAP games and it's kinda fraud , I'd rather to pay for a normal game than an iAP game instead. I wish the game was normal with real buttons for moving and with a price at least 20 or 30 bucks. No ads for their own personal revenue so that we can watch them for in-game currency. Bad move. No actual use for "greenbacks" for in-game things, except for pizza which is your energy. The level-up rewards remind me too much of Jurassic World: The Game, which is another game of their's. I mean, seriously. It's like Ludia wants this game to fail. The ####. istako Well-Known Member Nov 9, 2012 130 0 0 #15 istako, May 27, 2016 Not available for iPad 2 because of next gen graphics and huge maps I guess.
